I would like to thank Corporación Dermoestética for a fantastic experience from start to finish. It is my third breast augmentation surgery, but my first time with this company, and the service far exceeded my previous experiences. From the outset, the communication and attention to detail were superb; Sandra Farausto did a lot of research to ensure that they could meet my wishes prior to the initial consultation and organised everything for a smooth surgery. A special thanks to Dr Pinto, as he provided excellent advice during the consultation based on my particular wishes and took time to address all of my questions and concerns. It is the first time that my requirements have been fully taken into account rather than being dictated to by the surgeon. The surgery was a positive experience with a lot of care taken by all members of the team to ensure my well-being. I am extremely happy with the result and would not hesitate to recommend Dr Pinto as a very knowledgeable surgeon with a high level of expertise. Finally, my thanks also go to Daniel Silva, whose support with the coordination of the surgery and the aftercare was wonderful. He is a real asset to Corporación Dermoestética, as his caring persona and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everything is in place made a huge difference to the whole experience. I had an upper and lower blepharoplasty and it went well; my eyes are more open and expressive. Four months passed and only in the outer eye corners the skin colour is still a little darker. All the scars are almost invisible.
The support during the recovery was also very good. I would recommend this clinic.

I asked for skin treatments to reduce dark circles and delay facial ageing. I received excellent advice from Dr. João Lima Gabriel, who performed the procedures with my comfort in mind and respected my requests. I was recommended laser, intradermal therapy and collagen biostimulators. The treatment included local anaesthesia. The value for 1-year treatments was fair for the result.
I chose this clinic because a friend who had done breast reduction was also really pleased with the follow-up and the results of her procedure.

I did a series of Emsculpt sessions targeting my legs and glutes. I’m honestly amazed by the results. I’ve always struggled to tone those areas, even with regular workouts. After just a few sessions, I could already feel my muscles getting stronger, and by the end of the treatment plan, there was a clear difference, especially in how lifted and firm my butt looked. My thighs also felt more defined and toned without looking bulky. The treatment was painless, just a strange sensation at first, but totally manageable. It was absolutely worth it, I feel more confident now, and my jeans fit better than ever!

I chose this clinic for mesotherapy targeting stubborn belly fat. I’ve been working out consistently, but there were areas that just wouldn’t budge. The team was very professional from the start; they took time to assess my goals and clearly explained the process. The injections were a bit uncomfortable but tolerable. After three sessions, I noticed a visible reduction in the lower abdomen area. It's not a miracle fix, but it definitely made a difference. I also appreciated that they didn’t try to overpromise results. For the price, I found it fair given the personalised care and follow-up. I’ll likely continue with a couple more sessions.
