My knee treatment so far has been great. John, the physio had a look at my difficulties and suggested a scan to ascertain whether I may have a meniscus tear. He also noted an imbalance in my legs, due to one hip being out of balance and immediately treated this. The adjustment has been a relief after years of walking with imbalance. I have an exercise programme and the use of TENS machine and massage each session gives much more freedom of movement without pain. Great value and a very helpful accomplished practitioner.
I have struggled with a stiff neck when I cycle after about 20 miles. I was recommended to visit Rinske. I had a comprehensive interview and analysis of my general health and condition on my first visit, which I was impressed with. The physical treatment was really effective, and I was given a range of exercises which also helped a lot. Rinske was very professional in every aspect of the treatment I received. I would not hesitate to recommend Rinske.

Twice, because I knew from the first visit, that he would help me work through my pain and restrictive movement of a frozen shoulder, and I would have quick and effective results. Angela is very welcoming and a good listener. She makes me feel at ease and explains everything clearly. The session really allowed me the time and space to learn about my problem and how to fix it with some massage treatment and at-home exercises. I definitely felt her attention to detail and to me as an individual and I don't get any sense of being asked back for further in-house treatment where unnecessary.
