My knee treatment so far has been great. John, the physio had a look at my difficulties and suggested a scan to ascertain whether I may have a meniscus tear. He also noted an imbalance in my legs, due to one hip being out of balance and immediately treated this. The adjustment has been a relief after years of walking with imbalance. I have an exercise programme and the use of TENS machine and massage each session gives much more freedom of movement without pain. Great value and a very helpful accomplished practitioner.
I chose this practitioner having read reviews that convinced me he could help. Kent was great. Completely understood my husband’s issues. Treated him, and gave him exercises and contact details to follow up. The cost was reasonable.
This is the second time I have been to Tim for treatment. Twice, because I knew from the first visit, that he would help me work through my pain and restrictive movement of a frozen shoulder, and I would have quick and effective results. Contacted Physio Pattern - great service - booked in for the following day. Christos was very attentive and helpful -we were really pleased with how the session went. I highly recommend Jason Papworth. He is polite, professional, and, most important of all, empathic. He never blamed me for my condition and took my pain seriously. He explained what is the issue with my spine and his treatment plan. He gave me tips and information. After finishing the sessions, my pain subsided, and I could walk long distances without pain again.
Angela is very welcoming and a good listener. She makes me feel at ease and explains everything clearly. The session really allowed me the time and space to learn about my problem and how to fix it with some massage treatment and at-home exercises. I definitely felt her attention to detail and to me as an individual and I don't get any sense of being asked back for further in-house treatment where unnecessary.
