Dr Patel is an amazing lady, I was in severe back pain for 3 days unable to walk, move or sleep. After I fell and slipped on concrete floor and heard a loud 'click' when something gave way. After 1 treatment, I walked more straight using my heels. Her advice on gentle exercise and treatment seems to be working. Looking forward to my second treatment. Kate Lewis is simply a magician! I went to the practice off of a very positive referral to see if they could help me with acute sciatica that was rendering me almost unable to move without squealing in pain. I had an appointment with Kate within 24 hours and after 5 sessions with her in a 3 week period, I was almost completely healed! Kate took her time during the first part of the first session to understand exactly where and how the condition had set in and was sympathetic with her first treatment, then progressively applied more techniques through the next sessions. It almost feels miraculous to be where I am after such a short period of time and I cannot recommend Kate highly enough. Outstanding! I first attended Gentle Family Chiropractic having been on A & E the previous evening in so much pain I could barely move. What I really appreciated is how Dr. Rosemary took time to map all possible traumas going right back to my childhood. She explained how what I was feeling was not skeletal or muscular, and that it was the nerves, she related that to hardware and software and as an IT person, that context was very important to me. She isolated the source and commenced treatment. Between the first week and today, my treatment has made a world of difference. I am still on the journey but I am grateful and fully confident that my treatment will result in full recovery.
