I found The BodyWell Group by chance, and I am so THANKFUL that I did. Since a car accident 4 years ago, I had come to think that chronic pain would be with me for the rest of my life (unless I had spinal surgery, which I was firmly against, given my age and the risks) and had somewhat resigned myself to this. I had tried other things and was still left with chronic pain, unable to sleep and at times, unable to walk. I'm a mum and work, so I need to be well. I just didn't know what to do! I decided to attend BodyWell, despite being sceptical, and after a detailed consultation and various tests, x-rays and digital scans, my treatment plan was put in place. It would take me so long to explain on here all the ways this accident and the after effects have affected me, but no need to get into that as following 4 weeks of chiropractic corrective care and the supportive services, the main thing I feel the need to shout about is that I can FINALLY SLEEP!! My pain in the lower back, hips and legs has diminished massively and being able to move more is assisting with some unwanted weight, which all combined, has seen a change to my mental health. If that doesn’t sell you on BodyWell or if you’re worried about taking that step, don’t be. Dr Christian and his amazing team really do care. You are greeted by smiling, friendly faces no matter what time of day. The staff are highly skilled and knowledgeable, and my experience has only been positive. My only complaint would be, why didn’t I find them sooner?

Over the years I have suffered from aching lower back pain, and shoulder pain. I have been wearing a shoulder support brace and support vest for many years. I cannot leave home without them. I then pulled a muscle in my back, so I finally went to get this all sorted out once and for all. I am seeing Lucy, this is my second visit, and I am already feeling the deference. Lucy identified the problem right away. I have lost strength in my lower back, and my core is very weak. Lucy is very warm and friendly; I feel very comfortable with her. she has explained in great detail why I have been wearing my support braces for so many years and has encouraged me to trust myself and to start believing that I will be ok without my support braces. I have not worn them for 3 days now, when I start to feel the shoulder pain, it reminds me to hold my core, and surprisingly enough the pain eases up. Since doing the specific exercises and practicing holding my core and controlling my breathing, I already feel better about myself. Thank you, Lucy.

A massive thank you to Ian for his treatment of my back pain. I've seen him 3 times now and each time has resulted in better mobility and lessened pain. I feel sure that future treatments will help even more. Thanks, Ian, you're a Star.

After suffering from a trapped nerve in my neck which was causing great pain and badly affecting my mobility, I was able to get an appointment at short notice with BA Physiotherapy. Leanne there was amazing. She listened and understood, reassured and explained what had happened, treated the affected area in my neck and shoulder and advised me on exercises to do. I felt so much better afterwards and am on the road to recovery. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend Andrea and the team. Very professional all round and are all very experienced physiotherapists with years of experience. I also thought that the charge for my consultation was really reasonable. Highly recommend!

I have had one visit to the Telford Clinic today and I cannot believe the relief I have after one visit. My pain was really severe and I suffered for two weeks without seeking help. I have another visit booked for next week. I would definitely recommend anyone suffering from back pain or sciatica to pay a visit I am sure they will be pleased with the treatment. Thank you.
