Pilates Clinic Retford is  run by a Chartered Physiotherapist in the centre of Retford; ideal for local residents and those in surrounding villages. Classes are on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings, and Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings. There is a maximum number of 11 clients to any 1 class, allowing for ongoing supervision. Progression to the next level only occurs when you are ready. At Total Orthotics I assess for, prescribe and fit many types of Orthoses including Insoles, Footwear, Drop Foot Splints, Ankle Bracing and Knee bracing for many injuries and conditions.  I have a keen interest in musculoskeletal injuries and sports biomechanics as well as neurological progressive conditions and acquired neurological injury. Session involve a mixture of hands on manual therapy techniques and individually tailored exercise prescriptions. Physiotherapy is provided by Holly Windsor-Beck at Newark Osteopathic Clinic. Holly is a member of the CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy) and registered with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council). Holly studied physiotherapy at Nottingham University achieving a 1 class honours degree. She has a background in sports massage and has a special interest in running injuries.
