Callum at Recover is an excellent practitioner. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The whole clinic was a lovely atmosphere, including the friendly receptionist.
After suffering debilitating dizziness for some months and following vestibular function tests at PinDrop I was referred to Nikos for vestibular rehabilitation physio. I attended 4 sessions with Nikos and followed his intensive exercise regimes over 2 months. Recovery was slow and quite debilitating but thanks to Nikos encouragement I persevered and am fully recovered, Thank you, Nikos.
I was referred to Nikos for my physio after 20 years of shoulder problems and 3 shoulder operations. My subsequent recovery at the 6-week point is well ahead of the surgeon's expectations (circa 2 weeks) This is down to the specific treatments carried out by Nicos and the schedule to follow between sessions at home. The online platform provided is excellent and has videos of the exercises as a good reminder of the techniques required. The clinic is well organised and efficient with regard to bookings and treatments. More sessions to go but it’s going in the right direction !!

I hadn’t been to this practice for a number of years but was always impressed with treatment. This time I was suffering from persistent discomfort in my right leg below the knee when walking/running. The problem was diagnosed as due to an irritated nerve, and not considered a long term issue. Since my visit, the condition has improved.
Chris is very thorough in his approach and very careful and gentle in his practice. It is the second time I have seen Chris for different treatments over several years and I feel I am in safe hands. I recommend him.

I was very impressed with the makeover of the building of Total Health. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The first visit was free whilst Neil assessed my needs as he explained what the main issue was and we agreed on a treatment plan. I was given exercises to do which was explained and was given a printed instructions and pictures to follow. I had 3 visits to Neil who was friendly and professorial at all times. I was also advised of items to purchase to help with my issues. I would recommend Neil to anyone.
I was in a bit lot of no pain with my right shoulder I had 6 sessions of deep tissue massage with Jazz. She worked her magic, I feel so much better and most importantly almost free of pain. I would definitely return if I need to. The clinic is so clean the staff are really nice. Car parking good. Can’t fault the place.
