I had severe pain behind my right knee. I had a thorough examination of the knee, massage and ultrasound. The problem with my knee was identified quite quickly after good questions were asked. I was also shown various exercises to assist in my recovery. I chose the clinic as it’s close to where I live. I received a couple of phone calls prior to my attendance and various forms to read online so as to minimise my time in the reception area. The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful. Adam Chamberlain was the gentleman who I saw and found him to be polite, thorough and extremely professional throughout. I would recommend anyone who is suffering from injuries to give serious thought to utilising the service from Dpines.
Callum at Recover is an excellent practitioner. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The whole clinic was a lovely atmosphere, including the friendly receptionist.
After suffering from a frozen shoulder and pain for more than five years, I was referred to Nikos. Nikos had previously treated my husband with amazing results. We worked together on a longterm solution and health plan with multiple sessions. Nikos has given me a visible and noticeable change to my health and daily life. His friendly, patient and polite approach has made his sessions so welcoming. Beyond my shoulder, he has suggested exercises and guidance for my knee and back. After suffering debilitating dizziness for some months and following vestibular function tests at PinDrop I was referred to Nikos for vestibular rehabilitation physio. I attended 4 sessions with Nikos and followed his intensive exercise regimes over 2 months. Recovery was slow and quite debilitating but thanks to Nikos encouragement I persevered and am fully recovered, Thank you, Nikos.

I hadn’t been to this practice for a number of years but was always impressed with treatment. This time I was suffering from persistent discomfort in my right leg below the knee when walking/running. The problem was diagnosed as due to an irritated nerve, and not considered a long term issue. Since my visit, the condition has improved.
