About Lakeside Physiotherapy and Ergonomics

Lakeside Physiotherapy provides superior and bespoke treatment for back and neck pain, joint injures, muscle strains, tendon problems, ligament sprains and fractures. We pride ourselves on our relaxed, friendly and unhurried approach to our work. 

We provide ergonomic consultancy services to a number of local and national companies and we are the exclusive provider of ergonomic workplace assessment to HM Land Registry throughout England and Wales. Lakeside Physiotherapy can also visit premises to assess and treat employees on site.We also sell a variety of medical, ergonomic and rehabilitation equipment.

Jason Papworth is clinical director and chief clinician, possessing  a First Class Degree in Physiotherapy and a Masters Degree in Ergonomics. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Occupational Health and Ergonomics (ACPOHE) as well as the Medico-Legal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists

I highly recommend Jason Papworth. He is polite, professional, and, most important of all, empathic. He never blamed me for my condition and took my pain seriously. He explained what is the issue with my spine and his treatment plan. He gave me tips and information. After finishing the sessions, my pain subsided, and I could walk long distances without pain again.

He gained his initial post-graduate experience locally at Lincoln County Hospital acquiring expertise in Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, Intensive Care, General and Respiratory Medicine, Rheumatology and Neurology before choosing to specialise in Musculoskeletal Outpatients and Sports Injuries. He gained a Masters Degree in Health Ergonomics from the University of Derby in 2010. Now, with over a decade worth of experience in Occupational Health and Ergonomics, he provides specialist assessment, management and advice regarding prevention of injury that leads to pain, disability and lost productivity in the workplace.
