Just updating my BodyWell journey. I haven't felt this good in years. Whilst I went for pain, migraines, fatigue and many other health issues, I have never looked back. I have been going for correction adjustments for nearly 3 months and my life has improved so much. If you were wondering about who to consult with who to trust and who would be best to help you, the team at BodyWell are professional and excellent at what they do. My kids don't get colds or flu any more because their body's are functioning so much better and my husband, well, he was a bit of a sceptic and now a raving fan!

Just want to say a big thank you to Colin Waldock. Having had trouble sitting for 2 years lots of scans but no solution I was very fed up as I couldn’t lead the life I wanted to. What a find in Physiotherapy 2fit. Colin did a thorough assessment and suggested acupuncture. I had several sessions and didn’t feel the needles at all and the muscle certainly responded. He is very knowledgeable, skilled and made me feel so much better in myself as well as easing the muscle so I can sit and read a book again. I would certainly recommend Colin and the staff who are all very friendly and helpful. Wish I’d found this clinic earlier.

I arrived at Physios R Us after hurting my back gardening and getting stuck in bed early one morning. I was seen within 20 minutes of arriving without an appointment and once I had said what I had done, was given treatment which allowed me to control the injury. I returned three more times and had my last treatment a couple of days ago. I had a combination of acupuncture, physio, osteopathy, and massage. I felt confident with the explanation for my injury and my treatment. At all times I was treated with courtesy and all treatments were fully explained to me beforehand. I have been given exercises to strengthen my back. Hopefully, I won't need any more treatment but if I do I won't hesitate to go back. Thank you!
