I have been seeing Iyanah for pain in my knee. I had it for 5 months and didn’t know what to do, tried other physio but that didn’t seem to help. Iyanah assessed the situation and gave me hope that it could get better, and always adjusts exercises based on my pain levels but also to push me that little bit to improve things overall. It’s a very difficult balance and Iyanah does this so well. I feel more hope and less in pain as time goes on. It’s clear that she has a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw on. Would 100% recommend!!
Excellent experience with two separate therapists here! I am currently seeing Syreeta, who does massage therapy and K-laser treatment, and she has significantly helped reduce my pain and increase my mobility. She is extremely thorough in evaluating your biomechanics each session and takes a very holistic approach to massage therapy. I also think the K-laser has made a big difference in loosening up scar tissue and reducing stiffness in my neck. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone with chronic pain or recovering from an injury!
Helen Preston at Preston Health Thorpe Wood Peterborough was very highly recommended to by family via a qualified doctor. I attended on Thursday 6 April 2023. The session was booked by my family as they had used this service in the past. I attended as I had suffered with chronic back pain since June of last year. Helen listened to all my concerns. Gave me sound advice and showed me how to start with some simple exercises to strengthen my weak back and legs. If necessary I will attend again. My impression of Helen was a very professional and knowledgeable physiotherapist.
