Thank you for listening to my problem and for the treatment given. The lower back pain has improved but the pains in the right thigh and knee are more severe but hopefully, the exercises will take effect.

I have had one visit to the Telford Clinic today and I cannot believe the relief I have after one visit. My pain was really severe and I suffered for two weeks without seeking help. I have another visit booked for next week. I would definitely recommend anyone suffering from back pain or sciatica to pay a visit I am sure they will be pleased with the treatment. Thank you.

I have struggled with a stiff neck when I cycle after about 20 miles. I was recommended to visit Rinske. I had a comprehensive interview and analysis of my general health and condition on my first visit, which I was impressed with.
