I finally took the plunge and decided I wanted to be a healthy woman in my 70’s. I called BodyWell as I had heard good things. I have been attending now for nine months every week and it sounds like a clique but I’m a new woman! I seem to have grown taller! Posture improved I’m sure. I visited Dr Patel with an ongoing shoulder issue, which has continued for 6 years. Having previously had 2 steriod injections which did very little. Dr Patel diagnosed adhesive capsulitis. She carried out 3 shockwave treatments, and within 3 weeks I'm able to move my shoulder outwards and raise it up. Doing my exercises til I see her for a assessment in 4 weeks. I'm thoroughly impressed by the treatment I received and the Dr's skills. She is amazing, easy to talk to, gives good advice and is always helpful with any concerns you have.

This is an incredible physiotherapy clinic! Elle helped me get back to running quicker than anyone has managed before following my runner's knee injury. I would 100% recommend it.
