Seven Hills Physiotherapy

Rating from 52 Reviews I feel like a new manWayne, UK, 08 May 17

I hurt my back at work and ploughed through the pain for about a year before it got too much for me. A colleague of mine recommended Stefan after he received successful treatment from him. I visited Stefan who diagnosed me and said 2-3 sessions will have me feeling a lot better. Four sessions later and I feel like a new man. I am the manager of a football team and any injuries to my players, I will be recommending Stefan. Very good service received. Thank you Stefan.

Stride Health Clinic

839a Osmaston Road, Allenton, Derby, DE24 9BR
Rating from 1 Review The orthotics were issued to me 10 days later and I have never looked backJane, UK, 04 Jun 18

I had attended the clinic with little hope after seeing many Podiatrist and orthopedic people in Derby, I suffered from ankle pain for over 15 years. The Podiatrist whose name I can not remember was lovely. He made me feel at ease. He assessed me thoroughly and took a cast for orthotics. The orthotics/insoles were issued to me 10 days later and I have never looked back. Thank you, young man. Best of luck. The Clinic also has a footwear shop. They have lovely shoes and the quality beats Clarks. My feet are wide and they stock an amazing stylish range.

Rating from 3 Reviews I left happy and relievedCoralie, UK, 06 Feb 17

A history of ongoing foot pain led me to sourcing out someone who could identify the problem and offer treatment. I was met by a professional who was kind caring and accommodating of the fact I had to bring a little one with me. She was thorough and took time to explain what she was going to do and why. I left happy and relieved that I had found someone who could offer me a plan of treatment and had got straight on with the therapy.

Ann is a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience and is registered with The Health Professions Council. After qualifying she initially worked for the National Health Service within the Physiotherapy Department of a large Sheffield teaching hospital and in more recent years moved into private practice. She now practices from a treatment room set up at her home in the Peak district. During this time she has gathered a wealth of experience treating a wide range of conditions. She gained interest and trained in the Bowen Technique after having been successfully treated herself for a shoulder injury and is a registered practitioner with The Bowen Association Uk.  She now uses the Bowen Technique as her main method of treatment as she finds that despite being a very gentle form of body work the results can be remarkable.  She also uses her extensive background knowledge as a Physiotherapist to help with diagnosis and in teaching appropriate exercises and giving advice that can help support a return to health. She practices yoga daily and is able to use the knowledge she has developed through her practice and study of yoga in her work.  For many years she has had a keen interest in personal and spiritual development and alternative natural approaches to healing. She adopts a holistic approach to treatment taking into consideration all factors that may be contributing to a persons current state of health and well being.
