I recently visited Clínica Mejórate for both teeth whitening and a filling, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish. The entire team were incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive, which immediately put me at ease, especially Louise and the Dentist Carmen. The teeth whitening results were fantastic, noticeably brighter but still very natural-looking. The process was explained clearly and I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout. As for the filling, it was completely seamless and pain-free. The dentist was gentle, precise, and made sure I was comfortable at every step. What really stood out to me was the level of care and attention to detail. Everything felt clean, modern, and well-organised, and the staff genuinely took the time to ensure I was satisfied with the results. Over the years I have suffered from aching lower back pain, and shoulder pain. I have been wearing a shoulder support brace and support vest for many years. I cannot leave home without them. I then pulled a muscle in my back, so I finally went to get this all sorted out once and for all. I am seeing Lucy, this is my second visit, and I am already feeling the deference. Lucy identified the problem right away. I have lost strength in my lower back, and my core is very weak. Lucy is very warm and friendly; I feel very comfortable with her. she has explained in great detail why I have been wearing my support braces for so many years and has encouraged me to trust myself and to start believing that I will be ok without my support braces. I have not worn them for 3 days now, when I start to feel the shoulder pain, it reminds me to hold my core, and surprisingly enough the pain eases up. Since doing the specific exercises and practicing holding my core and controlling my breathing, I already feel better about myself. Thank you, Lucy.

Thank you for listening to my problem and for the treatment given. The lower back pain has improved but the pains in the right thigh and knee are more severe but hopefully, the exercises will take effect.

I received clear and concise advice about the cause of my condition and the required treatment from Amnish. He used Laser, acupuncture and manipulation for my pain. Due to the treatment and advice from Amnish, my Neck and Back pain including mobility are now significantly improved and I continue to exercise as he suggested. Should the issue return I would be very happy to once again receive treatment from Amnish. Nice looking treatment room and friendly staff add to the whole experience.

As a personal trainer in the States, I consulted many physical therapists in regard to my clients so I had a pretty solid understanding of typical treatment protocols as well as the anatomy involved. It was clear that the therapists here understood the scope of my injury and they used several different strategies to ensure my progress. Not only are they skilled, but they are professional. All sessions started and ended in a timely manner and they were always prepared. Based on what I could describe to them, they were always willing to pivot - taking into account how the treatment was progressing between sessions.

This is a very special place, focused on helping people recentre themselves and regain health, physically, mentally, spirituality. Stuart helped me very much, and other practitioners there have given great treatments. I like a massage or reflexology, and there is a good choice here for that. Parking is free. We are so lucky to have this in Birmingham!

I needed a physio to give advice on a family member who had suffered a serious break of her arm. Having previously been very active she had become bedridden. The physio did a number of checks and persevered despite the fact that the patient was unable to communicate. The physio suggested a possible cause which I believe is correct even though it was a surprise. The fee was good value and I intend to have regular assessments in future.
