Everything was explained with courtesy and the facility is great tooChristopher, UK, 28 09 21

A visit to family in Whitstable was significantly disrupted on the second day - the pain was that severe that I couldn't stand upright, walk or drive. Debilitating back and leg pain stopped me from sleeping. The pain came from nowhere and I couldn't do anything without searing pain down my leg. Unable to find a comfortable position except for bending forward at 90 degrees! Desperate for relief I found a chiropractic facility provided by BodyWell. They completed a thorough exam and x-rays, nerve scans. I felt I was in the right place. Within just a few visits I could sleep and the pain was relieved. The improvements have been somewhat remarkable. I was recommended a series of corrections adjustments over 6 weeks and I find myself looking more upright and moving more freely than I did before I injured myself. The professional treatment has been first class, enabling me to walk freely without pain once again. Everything was explained with courtesy and the facility is great too! Well done and thank you BodyWell

The physiotherapist is very warm and friendly; I feel very comfortable with herJennifer, UK, 14 10 22

Over the years I have suffered from aching lower back pain, and shoulder pain. I have been wearing a shoulder support brace and support vest for many years. I cannot leave home without them. I then pulled a muscle in my back, so I finally went to get this all sorted out once and for all. I am seeing Lucy, this is my second visit, and I am already feeling the deference. Lucy identified the problem right away. I have lost strength in my lower back, and my core is very weak. Lucy is very warm and friendly; I feel very comfortable with her. she has explained in great detail why I have been wearing my support braces for so many years and has encouraged me to trust myself and to start believing that I will be ok without my support braces. I have not worn them for 3 days now, when I start to feel the shoulder pain, it reminds me to hold my core, and surprisingly enough the pain eases up. Since doing the specific exercises and practicing holding my core and controlling my breathing, I already feel better about myself. Thank you, Lucy.

I can wholeheartedly recommend and wouldn’t consider going elsewhereNici, UK, 12 12 21

I was recommended to Maria many years ago. I had suffered a whiplash injury and the pain went all the way from my neck through to my lower back and worsened during cold or damp weather. After suffering for many months and thinking I would just have to live with it, I went to Maria on my friend's advice but admit I was not hopeful. However, after just a few visits, I felt the pain decreasing and gradually everything started to loosen up. I was shocked at how ‘tight’ I had become from being tense because of the ongoing pain. After around 6 sessions, I was able to stop going and felt absolutely fine. Every now and then I get some pain or stiffness due to tension but a couple of visits to Maria and I’m right as rain again! Now I only have to go every few years! I think the last time I went recently it had been over 6 years since my last visit. I recommend everyone to Maria including my own grown-up kids who also go when they need to. I can wholeheartedly recommend and wouldn’t consider going elsewhere:)
