After a year of back problems that started to impede me in everyday life and were so bad I was unable to garden any more, I was referred to one of the physios, Mukul Kaushik. He assessed and quickly diagnosed the cause and over the next few weeks different treatments were applied at consultations and I carried out the suggested exercise regimen at home. I cannot express my appreciation now that I no longer have the pain. I can work in my garden again. He has literally given me back the things I'd missed that had lowered my outlook on life. Many many thanks Mukul for your ability skills and caring manner.

Great experience. Very friendly, relaxed and welcoming. I was given more hope than I had; quite a list of exercises to go away and work on my wrist injury with, and I had a long list of questions answered. There was time for acupuncture at the end too which was really great. I had an hour session for £50 but I think it’s now £60. I’d love to see more social business models fit to support people on a low income / with unstable visa etc. (more wealthy customers ‘pay it forward’ type schemes) throughout these kinds of necessary practices. And though of course, that responsibility doesn’t fall solely on individual businesses, more examples lead to more examples… Really appreciate it, Thank you!
I found Nick Birch understood my problem from the start of the appointment, having had a conversation with me beforehand. He took note of the way I was moving and explained the causes, did a thorough bone density scan and gave me a run-down on the meanings of the various measurements on the diagrams. He told me that the way forward would be to have exercises and stretches and as I had been to Sarah on previous occasions to have further physio appointments with her. Later the same day he followed up with a letter to me confirming his analysis and recommended treatment and letting me know the letter would also go to other parties involved, including my GP. I was very heartened by my visit which has given me renewed determination to do my part in improving my condition.
I have been so pleased to become one of Caroline Morrish's patients. She has set me on the right road to recovery. She came again today and I have booked a further appointment for 7th December.
