Over the years I have suffered from aching lower back pain, and shoulder pain. I have been wearing a shoulder support brace and support vest for many years. I cannot leave home without them. Lucy is very warm and friendly; I feel very comfortable with her. she has explained in great detail why I have been wearing my support braces for so many years and has encouraged me to trust myself and to start believing that I will be ok without my support braces. I have not worn them for 3 days now, when I start to feel the shoulder pain, it reminds me to hold my core, and surprisingly enough the pain eases up. I received clear and concise advice about the cause of my condition and the required treatment from Amnish. He used Laser, acupuncture and manipulation for my pain. Due to the treatment and advice from Amnish, my Neck and Back pain including mobility are now significantly improved and I continue to exercise as he suggested. Should the issue return I would be very happy to once again receive treatment from Amnish. Nice looking treatment room and friendly staff add to the whole experience.
I visited this clinic 4 years ago due to a problem with my neck. I had a very positive experience and was relieved of my pain after just 1 session. Throughout the treatment, Paula was compassionate and explained the process. She was firm but gained consent at each stage of treatment. Paula has used humour to help my mum relax. Mum has had 2 sessions so far and is almost pain-free. Paula has taken her time to speak to mum about her posture and also recommended exercises to perform at home.
