Everyone I have dealt with here has been really friendly and helpfulMichelle, UK, 25 03 20

I have had 3 deep massage treatments with Paulina for a muscular problem in my back. Paulina is really friendly, and professional, but most importantly she is an incredible therapist. There were moments that were not for the faint-hearted but after just 3 treatments I can not believe the difference. I would thoroughly recommend Paulina and Bodywell. Everyone I have dealt with here has been really friendly and helpful.

My doctor was very informative and I had one follow-up after the therapyRobert, UK, 12 03 18

I had a soft tissue therapy (STT) session here a long time ago. I think I chose them because of their favorable reviews. It was worth the money and I didn’t pay any additional charges. At the time of my appointment, the clinic was still kind of under construction, but things were pretty neat despite this. My doctor was very informative and I had one follow-up after the therapy. The physician who did the treatment was really good.

Quote "WhatClinic" for 20% Off Your 1st Session At The Fairlee Wellbeing Centre What is Osteopathy and Cranial Osteopathy? Osteopathy is a form of manual medicine which focuses on total body health by releasing tissue tension, thus restoring balance to the musculoskeletal framework. The Osteopath uses a combination of massage, stretching and joint manipulation techniques to relieve pain by relaxing muscles, improving circulation and calming nervous system function. Cranial Osteopathy is a refined and subtle type of osteopathic treatment that uses very gentle manipulative pressure to encourage the release of stresses throughout the body, including the head. It is can be helpful in treating a wide range of conditions in people of all ages, from birth to old age. What do Osteopaths Treat? Osteopaths treat the whole person, not just the condition. Common conditions that may be helped include:Back and Neck PainMuscle strains & Joint StiffnessDisc & Sciatica ProblemsPostural ProblemsRepetitive StrainHeadaches and MigrainesJaw Pain & Teeth GrindingMusculoskeletal Pain during and after pregnancyTreatments for Children and babiesSports InjuriesWhat happens on my first consultation? The 1st session will involve a detailed case history, both of the main problem, previous injuries and general health history, followed by a careful physical examination before arriving at a treatment plan. In more complex situations, further tests may be required to gain full understanding of the problem. How long does a treatment course last? This depends on the nature and complexity of the problem. Recent issues tend to resolve fairly quickly: 1 to 3 treatments. Longer term more chronic conditions will take longer.

Strongly recommendJulie, Grays Thurrock, 10 11 15

I have been having treatment at the Cliffs Chiropractic Clinic for many years. I am a chiropractor myself and I would strongly recommend this clinic. Very professional and caring, from the receptionists, all the way through to the doctors and other therapists. Great place! 😊 I met the Chiropractors many years ago and have always found them kind and caring. The clinic itself is spotlessly clean and always comfortable. The treatment is second to none. I would highly recommend Cliffs!

Arif Soomro , Melanie Cutting Paramjit Nandhra have Diplomas in Medical Acupuncture,  This is a fully developed clinical treatment concept that is highly effective. al treatments and the most recent medical science. All are registered with the British Medical Acupuncture Society(BMAS) At The Cliffs Chiropractic Clinic we can perform acupuncture as a stand alone treatment or combine it with chiropractic. We will always discuss the options with you. Western medical acupuncture is a therapeutic modality involving the insertion of fine needles; it is an adaptation of Chinese acupuncture using current knowledge of anatomy physiology and pathology, and the principles of evidence based medicine. While Western medical acupuncture has evolved from Chinese acupuncture, its practitioners no longer adhere to concepts such as Yin/Yang and circulation of qi, and regard acupuncture as part of conventional medicine rather than a complete “alternative medical system”. It acts mainly by stimulating various trigger points probably nerve fibres to release the bodys own opiods. Western medical acupuncture is principally used by conventional healthcare practitioners, most commonly in primary care. Ask one of our chiropractors if Medical Acupuncture maybe of benefit to you. Arif and Melanie are both members of the British Medical Acupuncture Society.

Feel amazing afterwardsAmanda, UK, 15 12 16

Well having had 2 treatments now I can truly say both have been extremely beneficial. Firstly colonic and secondly a naturopathic consulaltation. So onwards and upwards! Hamish makes you feel at ease and comfortable and some treatments are pretty intrusive! But that said, you'll be made to feel calm and very relaxed and what's more feel amazing afterwards! I'd highly recommend this clinic.
