The treatment if not painless but perfectly manageable and the results make it all worthwhileAnnaw, UK, 27 01 19

I think most people would agree it’s an important and worrying decision arranging to see a practitioner for non-surgical cosmetic treatments and if you are like me you’ll research for the right professional to the ninth degree and then pray you to have in fact found and chosen the right one and can finally look forward to feeling better about yourself. I am a 50-year-old female but I’ve never felt I looked my age until recently and this was making me feel low and unattractive in myself. Thankfully I found exactly what I needed in Dr Raj from SRC. I had chosen him due to his experience and excellent reviews on dermal fillers. I explained that I felt I needed treatment to possibly a few areas of my face, his assessment was brilliant and the whole experience was reassuring, personal and at no stage did I feel rushed in fact it was the opposite. He explained it was important not to rush into the treatments, it was best to carry out in at least two stages in order to get the best natural looking results. I had my second and last appointment about a month ago both appointments were a month apart and I can honestly say the results just keep getting better, I had DF treatment to my temples, cheeks and lower face and I feel and look considerably naturally younger, the amount of comments I’ve had about how good I look without them having any idea why is completely exhilarating and I believe this is due to the skill of Dr Raj, not just the DF. I’ve had DF in the past carried out in Harley Street London but Dr Raj’s results have been far superior. The treatment if not painless but perfectly manageable and the results make it all worthwhile. I have no hesitation in returning to Dr Raj and highly recommend him as an excellent choice for treatments. Thank you Dr Thethi

This was the best massage I have ever had. Masseuse was professional and incredibly knowledgable about the causes of the back pain I was experiencing due to his vast experience. Felt like I had a back transplant after the treatment. He gave me great advice also on how to eliminate future pain episodes. Would receommend without hesitation! Amazing

Osteopathy is a form of manual medicine which focuses on total body health by releasing tissue tension, thus restoring balance to the musculoskeletal framework. The Osteopath uses a combination of massage, stretching and joint manipulation techniques to relieve pain by relaxing muscles, improving circulation and calming nervous system function. Cranial Osteopathy is a refined and subtle type of osteopathic treatment that uses very gentle manipulative pressure to encourage the release of stresses throughout the body, including the head. It is can be helpful in treating a wide range of conditions in people of all ages, from birth to old age. What do Osteopaths Treat? Osteopaths treat the whole person, not just the condition. Common conditions that may be helped include:Back and Neck PainMuscle strains & Joint StiffnessDisc & Sciatica ProblemsPostural ProblemsRepetitive StrainHeadaches and MigrainesJaw Pain & Teeth GrindingMusculoskeletal Pain during and after pregnancyTreatments for Children and babiesSports InjuriesWhat happens on my first consultation? The 1st session will involve a detailed case history, both of the main problem, previous injuries and general health history, followed by a careful physical examination before arriving at a treatment plan. In more complex situations, further tests may be required to gain full understanding of the problem. How long does a treatment course last? This depends on the nature and complexity of the problem. Recent issues tend to resolve fairly quickly: 1 to 3 treatments. Longer term more chronic conditions will take longer.

Thank you, a new ray of light in my life. Here's to better mental health and overall well beingVicky, UK, 04 11 16

The initial consultation was very thorough and informative. I was quite surprised by how simple my first set of changes were. So I implemented the advice Hamish had given and straight away started getting positive results. My energy levels improved very quickly and my confidence has started to climb as well. I became so excited about my second appointment that I arrived an hour early at the clinic! The day after and I am already implementing the advice and loving every minute. Thank you, a new ray of light in my life. Here's to better mental health and overall well being. A friend recommended this clinic to me. As it's an hour's drive from where I live I did give it serious consideration before committing. As a Cornish woman it has to be a very entising carrot to get me over the Tamar. On arriving I was greeted with a warm cosy waiting room with drinks made available. Hamish soon introduced himself and I was put at ease straight away. I came away feeling very optimistic and excited for the future. Thank goodness I made the committment. I can't recommend this experience highly enough. There's work involved but it's worth every effort.
