Very helpful assessment with lots of explanations of why I have the problem and it's causes. Thoroughly explained the set of exercises he gave me and took time to check I did them correctly. I have had the problem with my left leg and foot after an operation in mid April but in the week I have been doing the exercises it has definitely improved. He was very pleasant and took time to examine the leg and found areas at my home where I could easily do the exercises.
Having been in agony when my knee gave way I spoke to the doctor but had no appointment so I rang Portland the receptionist was great very reassuring and made me an appointment with Adam. I have seen him once so far and he was great explained what was wrong and the best course of action. I came out feeling so much better than someone actually cared.
