I’d been wanting to get veneers for years. I never liked the look of my teeth despite going through both braces and Invisalign. They were uneven, small, and chipped and because of that I rarely showed my teeth when smiling for photos. I had been saving pictures of what I wanted my dream smile to look like for years and after lots of research and seeing what Dr. Rowan, Dr. Gabriel, and the team had accomplished in the past, I knew if anyone could give me my dream smile, it was them. I originally assumed I would find someone close to me in NYC to do my teeth, but after a friend mentioned they had gotten their teeth done by Dr. Rowan and I saw how fantastic those looked, I got in touch with him. Dr. Rowan met with me for hours and then was in communication with me for weeks leading up to my trip to Rio. Throughout that time he explained in incredible detail the technology they used, which is very advanced, and the overall process and what to expect. He took into account every aspect of what I wanted in my dream smile. Seeing that they were capable of, it was an obvious decision for me to go with them versus someone closer to home. Dr. Rowan and his team are not only more talented than anyone I could find in the U.S., they are also the most considerate, patient, and caring team I’ve ever come across. You do not get this kind of dedicated care in the U.S., in any medical field. Dr. Gabriel did my procedure while in Rio and carefully paid attention to the features of each individual tooth. He is an artist! For countless hours across a few days in the office (and through a weekend so that I could come to Rio on a quick trip from Thursday to Sunday and go home with a completed smile) he diligently worked on each tooth until and did not quit until my smile was perfect. I still cannot believe how natural each tooth looks. My result is better than any of the pictures I sent them in the planning process! I will be smiling big in all of my future photos! All of my happy moments will have a piece of them in it now! They have an incredibly caring team that were there every day dedicated to making sure my experience was fantastic, and it was! I’m usually a much more private person about this stuff, but they all are way too amazing to not share what an incredible experience and end result this was. It would be cruel to have a team dedicate this much time and attention and create such a perfect work of art and not share it with the world so everyone can know what they’re capable of!! Plus, I’m so happy with it that I’ve been telling everyone I see lol. My family and friends are obsessed with how it came out! My parents both have porcelain veneers and I’m sure will be coming here for their new future sets. They are blown away by the time and dedication to excellence this office has! Today I saw the lovely Holly, the dental hygienist for a routine appointment. She has a lovely, gentle manner and is extremely thorough. I have been seeing her for the past 2 years now since I switched surgeries, and she has helped me improve the care of my teeth. She is great at offering advice to improve ongoing care too, and very gentle during treatment. I have full confidence in her. Thank you, Holly! The reception team is also very professional as usual.

The service and attention to detail was amazing. Contacting your clinic from Australia, was so easy, getting an appointment, that suited our arrival in Phuket was perfect. The front desk girls were friendly and helpful. The dental technician that looked after my requirements was excellent. Her attention to detail was unbelievable. An outstanding result. Excellent service!! Very reputable people. All the team there are board-certified and college professors. I started my braces at age 40. I have always been repelled by the look of metal chunks on top of the teeth. Instead they offered me very tiny braces that they placed behind the teeth. None, even my family noticed their appearance. Six month into the treatment, they switched me to a removable appliance called Aligners. I was done in a year and I LOVE my teeth now. No more insecurities over my pervious over bite. I paid half the price I was gonna pay on veneers and my smile is 100٪؜ natural. They are very professional, they use high tech machines to alleviate the pain of the teeth sensitivity. They never took risk when it comes to my teeth. They made panoramic x rays before, during and after the treatment. They were very cautious and always followed up after each session. I would totally recommend this office to anyone with any dental problem.
