I contacted the surgery for an emergency appointment as I knew I had an infection and it was becoming quite painful. Kate, who is always very helpful and welcoming, arranged one for the same day with Dan. His expertise, friendly, professional manner and treatment was, as usual, exemplary. Two recent visits, one routine hygienist appointment and another to deal with a broken tooth. Absolutely first class service from all. Charlotte who called me the minute there was a cancellation and Ben was available to check my broken tooth. Ben, brilliant as ever, saw the problem and outlined several options from which I chose to have a then and there repair. It was done so skilfully that no anaesthetic was required and I was walking out in less than 30 mins feeling like nothing had ever happened to my tooth. For me, this man is a legend!

A few days later I met Hygienist Hannah and her colleague and again they were brilliant. They had got the “relax the patient chat” down to a fine art and I learned a lot from them about all sorts of things. As someone who avoided hygienists for a decade after several uncomfortable experiences elsewhere, I was so well distracted that I felt no discomfort whatsoever. I may even be looking forward to my next appointment with them when the time comes.

I attended Park Chambers Dental Practice for an annual check-up with Ben and a hygienist session with Hannah. They are both outstanding in their roles; their excellent communication skills allow you to feel comfortable and relaxed, they explain everything clearly and their technical expertise is evident. I am happy to recommend this practice - I have been on their books for over forty years!

Hannah, the hygienist, is friendly and professional. I’ve never been keen on going to the dentist, but at Park Chamber,s I feel I’m in safe hands,- having been going to them now for around 8 years.

I came in to see Dan to have a filling repaired. I needed to have an injection to have it done. It was the very back tooth, on the bottom jaw.
Both Dan and his dental nurse, Sarah, put me at ease. Then Dan quickly and efficiently got the job done, reassuring me all the way. I didn’t need to worry!!

My son Hector and I both had check-ups with Ben on 29 December. I had to swap our appointments as Hector had a train to catch. The team could not have been more helpful, and Ben was as professional as ever. Full marks!

Excellent, had a tooth inlay drop out, not registered with Park Chambers, saw me within a couple of days, refitted and at a very reasonable price. Chose them because of recommendations.

I do not normally do reviews, assuming that my long-term continued custom to the practice is proof enough that they are good. On this occasion, I thought it worthwhile to recommend to anyone else who might consider using their services. Park Chambers has been my dental practice for at least 13 years, and I cannot recommend them and their team more highly. You always get a clear explanation of what might be required, any possible alternatives and, no pressure at all, to proceed down a more expensive route. In short, I have complete confidence in anything that Ben and his team might suggest is necessary.
