Services superb. All interventions, from implants to different corrections were done by the highest professional standards. I was not an easy patient, but Dr Bassim and his staff did everything possible to make it in the best possible way. He managed to calm me down and helped me deal with my fears. This was my first trip to Mexico for dental work. I was a little apprehensive not knowing the procedures of crossing the border. Turns out it was really easy, drive to the border, turn right into parking lot on Texas side. $2 to park and another $1 fee to walk into Mexico (.30 cents for return) Dentist office was a short walk away. Upon my initial exam, I was asked why I wanted a root canal when a filling would suffice the problem.....at the advise of my tech. I choose the $60 filling over the root canal, post, crown route my local dentist advised... The procedure went well with no issues. Very happy with the services received. I had been wanting a tooth implant for a while and was really hesitant to go to Mexico. After much discussion with my husband, I decided to go. Much to my surprise, it was not as difficult as I thought. We were there with Dr Ramos early one morning, had a 3D x-ray done a few blocks away and confirmed that I was a candidate for the implant. It took about 40 minutes for the whole procedure. I have gone for a 2 week follow up for removal of stitches and will return in 4 months for the abutment and after that crown. Very happy so far.

I cannot say enough about Stetic Implant and Dental Centers, I was so scared when I arrived at the airport to be picked up by Manny, he immediately talked to me about the process in which I was about to endure, easing my anxiety. Manny is such a wonderful man, very intelligent and well informed and a pleasure to be around. I needed 3 implants, the price of implants in the US was not in my budget. My husband had a friend who he worked with that her sister came to Stetic and had nothing but good things to say about this clinic. So I made my appointment. Upon arrival to the clinic I was still nervous, but Manny sat my husband and myself down to start the paperwork process. Explaining everything about the procedures and reassuring us that I would be fine. I was then introduced to Dr. Palacio (not sure of the spelling), and he was incredible. This Doctor was so gentle and explained everything he was going to do to me before he did it. My nerves settled down and the procedure was performed. After the procedure was done I told Manny and my husband "this was a piece of cake". After the procedure, I have had no issues and very little discomfort. Just got back to the UK after having 12 implants. We were treated to outstanding service, the staff are very helpful and explained all the treatment and made sure we understood everything. Great communication letting us know when we would be picked up to go to the clinic. The clinic I would give a 10 out of 10 with high-end technology and equipment. All the doctors were so professional. I'm looking forward to going back in 6 months to get my final treatment. I will definitely recommend Panoramik to everyone!
