Just went for a consultation and prices for denture replacement. Very nice people at the clinic and good service but prices were comparable to other clinics. Could have saved almost $800 for the both upper and lowers but $3400 for top-of-the-line is the same as my original denturist. Could save the $800 but would not get same quality denture I already am use to.
I had a rough quote over the phone for implants with Kriss (from the clinic) via WhatsApp before my flight to Sofia. He advised me to stay all week and he gave me 5 differents hotel, so I did choose one. He booked the hotel and the appointement for the clinic. I arrived on Monday, a driver was waiting for me at the airport to take me to the clinic. On this day I had a scanner and a meeting with Dr Rafid Hussain and Dr Nicolas Patchev. They explained what with my condition it will be possible to do. The redult was All-on-4 Dental Implants for upper jaw and All-on-6 Dental Implants for lower jaw and finally I had my final quote with Kriss and because I accepted the quote, the surgery started on Tuesday morning with Dr Nicolas Patchev to do the upper jaw and he made me very confortable with his explanation regarding the process of the operation. On Wednesday morning Dr Nicolas Patchev did the lower jaw. On Thursday morning we printed for the temporary denture with Dr. Radostina Haralambieva. The clinic has its on laboratory which is on the top so I was able to come back for the correction of the denture in the afternoon. Finished on Friday and I will have to come back in 6 month times to remove my temporary denture and to install the permanent denture. I am very happy with the result and it is very easy when you don't need to book hotel, drivers etc. Every times I went to the clinic, the driver came to pick me up from the hotel and took me back to the hotel. Dr. Radostina Haralambieva and Dr. Nikola Patchev are very professionnel and use the latest equipments.
I have no words that can explain properly the treatment and experience I had when I visited this dental practice while on holiday last month. I am a single pensioner lady and I had a loose tooth which was spoiling my holiday so I contacted them to see if they could help. All I can say is they were brilliant from the start. They messaged me on my phone and kept me assured all would be fine. I did eventually go and was treated to the best attention I have ever received from a dentist. Not even here in Scotland or on our NHS have I ever had anything like it in all my life. The consultant fixed my tooth temporarily and wouldn’t accept any payment from me. I am glad to say I am finally home. If it had not been for him my holiday would have been ruined. So again I want to thank all the staff at this amazing clinic for all the help you gave me that night. I will never forget it.

Thank you so much for seeing me at very short notice my wisdom tooth was packed and also had a x ray, now waiting on my doctor to give me the go ahead if I can have the tooth exacted. The dentist was very good and I would definitely recommend them as I’m really not good with dentists. I would give them 10/10.
I consulted with several denture clinics re repairs to my partial plate. Doom and gloom from all and dollar signs in their eyes. Visited Steve and within a couple of hours, problem solved and they were far more comfortable than ever, my hip pocket didn't suffer and the plate didn't drop out when l opened my mouth. I'll require a full upper one day and I'll be banging on Steve's door. His mum (the receptionist) is also very nice.
