Full Dentures Jordan

Most important to tell you beforehand is that I have severe thick saliva (Sjogren's) ailment in my mouth that has not helped in creating a truly useful and lasting denture for my toothless upper jaw, here in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, where I have lived since 1966. I was born in Jordan on June 16, 1937, making me 89 years old now. I have been eating on my upper jaw's bare gums, even though I still have only one used, yet still good implant on one side there, and another that has been buried permanently for the past 12 years or so, because it was installed quite crookedly, causing me painful, bleeding bites, especially whenever I ate. That and two other implants were removed a few years ago because the failing dental surgeon here installed them in very soft bone areas of my specified jaw, which led to serious infection only 3 years after implanting them in 2013. With all this, my need is to refurbish the good existing one implant by installing a new cap for it (which I am willing to bring that over with me and, according to its original manufacturer's code, have it properly fitted by you). But with that, considering my age and mouth saliva issue, is it still possible that you install a new implant on the other side of my upper jaw, opposing the existing one? If so, then I would most sincerely appreciate that you then help me get some high-quality, durable, properly fitting dentures that clip on both those two implants. But any required impression to be taken for that has to be just digital and not of any material impression, because of the drastic ill effect that is caused by my saliva problem reaction. The above work is most helpful for me to enable me to start eating most solid foods again, as most of my lower jaw's teeth are still quite strong and good. However, I have had two most inner teeth on either side of that jaw extracted years ago due to severe infection before the implants were installed. A bridge with a connection to fit in place of those 4 missing innermost teeth might be even more helpful and quite complementary to my total need. Please bear in mind that I proudly still hold dearly my Jordanian Citizenship with a Jordanian passport and a "Family Booklet"—even though its validation date has expired, yet it can still be renewed. However, I am a Canadian Citizen since 1970, and have held a Canadian Passport ever since while having lived here and built a good, well-connected large family numbering 23, after having arrived here all alone in 1966. My wife is an original Jordanian who lived in Irbid, yet after we got married, her two medical doctor brothers have established themselves with their own families, in Amman, ever since the passing of their parents in 1987 and 1989 respectively. Those are Dr. Shawgi Khouri, practicing with his Govt. employment, and his younger brother, Dr. Nabil Khouri, now teaching at AUB, in Beirut, as he got his PhD here in Canada, from Queen's University, while staying with us before returning to Jordan permanently in 1998.
