The practice manager and reception staff are equally outstanding. They go above and beyond to accommodate patients efficiently and always listen to their concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. The recent refurbishments are stunning—the practice feels fresh, modern, and welcoming. I also really appreciated the soothing music in the waiting area; it created a calm and relaxing atmosphere that made a big difference for me. I can't recommend Oaks Dental Ruislip enough. I went to see Dr Nikolaos Kasiteridis at Forest and Ray as I was having complex problems with some upper teeth, including a front tooth, a difficult situation for anyone! I am extremely grateful to Dr Nikolaos who was a marvel; he went the extra mile for me as a dentist who wants the best possible outcome for his patient’s health, at the same time incorporating high technical ability with cosmetic expertise. I can safely say that Dr Nikolaos excels in all these areas, his wealth of experience and long service to the practice speak for themselves, and he is a real professional. He digs deep to do the best he can with any of your dental problems. He has helped me in so many ways to overcome my fears and complexes in relation to my teeth. I had extensive laser gum treatment with the amazing Illay over last year. Not only was he incredibly professional but informative too. I did a lot of research about him before undertaking my treatment and was very impressed with his extensive knowledge base, suffice to say I was not disappointed with my treatment. It was a long haul but worth every bit and if you're worried about your gums as I was. I highly recommend an appointment with Illay. I firmly believe he has saved my teeth by sorting out my gums. I adhere to everything he recommended and haven't had any gum bleed since his treatment. Seriously I can't thank him enough for his hard work, expertise and lovely manner including explaining in detail what I needed to do to maintain my now healthy gums! Thank you so much Illay! and a heads up to Danielle on reception too who was a star at reminding me of my appointments. Wonderful team of nurses- in fact all in all a great team at the practice. Broke a large inlay over Christmas and needed urgent treatment. Got an appointment on the first day they were open and got it fixed straight away. Very good service. Friendly people and very helpful.
