I brought my two kids in last week and for days prior to the appointment, I was incredibly worried about how my autistic son would cope with it. The dentist we seen, Laura I think, was absolutely fantastic! She made him feel so at ease, he didn't want to get out of the chair! Thank you so much again!

Had my first scale and polish with the hygienist, Kirsty today. I am an extremely nervous patient and discussed this with Kirsty. She was immediately kind, understanding, empathic and understanding. She told me what she was going to do and discussed options with me. She made sure that I was comfortable with the procedure and said that she would stop immediately if I needed her to. I was anxious throughout the procedure but just trusted Kirsty and decided to continue until it was finished. I would thoroughly recommend Kirsty to anyone who is a nervous patient. She really did do everything she could to put me at ease. She is extremely kind and understanding and very professional. She made what is always quite a difficult experience for me, a lot easier

The best dentist by far. I have been traumatized by previous experiences. So nervous! I was greeted so calmly that put me at ease straight away. I had to have a tooth extracted that was fractured. Devastated!! Such professional caring service, not as bad as I thought it would be. Explaining the procedure and highlighting my symptoms. It all made sense to me on reflection. Thank you for explaining and taking good care of your patients.
