Had my first scale and polish with the hygienist, Kirsty today. I am an extremely nervous patient and discussed this with Kirsty. She was immediately kind, understanding, empathic and understanding. She told me what she was going to do and discussed options with me. She made sure that I was comfortable with the procedure and said that she would stop immediately if I needed her to.

I was anxious throughout the procedure but just trusted Kirsty and decided to continue until it was finished. I would thoroughly recommend Kirsty to anyone who is a nervous patient. She really did do everything she could to put me at ease. She is extremely kind and understanding and very professional. She made what is always quite a difficult experience for me, a lot easier

GOSIA (CDT) did a first-class job of manufacturing and fitting new dentures for me (78 years old). Her manner is excellent and she kept me aware of exactly what she was doing at all times and what the future plans are. I would recommend her to anyone looking for excellent attention.

Dr Bashir is simply the best dentist I've ever had. He is very caring and he has the ability to put me at ease during my visits. He's very chatty which helps me feel relaxed. I was very anxious visiting the dentist previously and since having changed my dentist to Dr Bashir it's just been the best thing I've done.

Excellent service when my 11year old was getting 2 teeth out. The dentist and dental nurse were excellent with her and put her at ease, never had any issues with appointments, friendly staff, clean environment. Would not go anywhere else to have our teeth checked!

Really there are no words to describe how good this practice is - being in extreme pain is the worst thing ever especially when its toothache.

I called into my normal dentist and he said he could not do anything as the wisdom tooth had to be removed by a specialist and there was a 2-month waiting ouch.

I phoned many local dentists for an emergency appointment when I had this toothache and there was no one available to see me. So I ended up phoning Falkirk Dental Care who booked me in straight away to get the tooth seen to.

I was booked on the same day and the wisdom tooth removed successfully, was so happy when it's done, and now I have ongoing treatment and all is great. By the way, I travel all the way to from Glasgow that's how good they are.

I had been to other dental surgeons prior to visiting Dr Bashir. I was at first very surprised at the difference in the thoroughness of the assessment procedure, after which it was explained to me step by step the treatment programme recommended for my dental health.
The treatment itself was also a surprise in that there was no injection of anaesthetic or any process which even registered as pain my fillings which were done previously by other dentists were removed and redone by Dr Bashir using lasers on the gums, but what I was most impressed with is how Dr Bashir dealt with my dental issues from the root cause and not only advised but instructed me in a regime to restore the health of my gums and eradicate the signs of gum disease present.

Dr Bashir is an amazing dentist and his professionalism is such that I was able to sleep whilst procedures were being carried out. The best dentist by far for anyone with any dental issues especially those needing a better approach.

I attended a planned hygienist appointment today and care/treatment was first class as usual. I’m not the bravest when it comes to dental treatment but the hygienist put my mind at ease, informed me upfront about the proposed treatment and checked success level of previous treatment (gum treatment). I was really happy with the progress and left the practice well pleased. Well done FDC practice!

I have had full upper dentures for almost 50 years. I had them replaced 4 years ago and have actually been so depressed since, as they fell out of my mouth every time I spoke or ate.

Dr Bashir and Gosia have turned my life around with my new teeth.

They look exactly the same as the original ones I had before having them all out in my twenties, I truly can't believe how natural they look and most importantly feel in my mouth. I have not had one sore part since having them fitted, I can eat in front of people again. I want to thank you all for making me feel good about myself again and anyone who is looking to have new teeth this is the practice to get them done

I came to practice after having issues with several fillings at my last dentist. My new dentist quickly and professionally resolved the issues with these fillings. At the previous practice I often felt that staff were rushing through my appointments and not taking the time with me they should have. In comparison, the staff here have really taken their time to both educate me in my dental hygiene, and properly diagnose and treat me. I have recommended Falkirk Dental care to my family.

Went for first check up and scale and polish with marta. It was a relaxing friendly atmosphere .Marta and dental nurse were very good at putting me at ease.I recommend this dental practice.

I actually didnt mind going to dentist for a change and didnt feel as nervous and as stressed as i usually would during and after , so overall a good experience

Teeth Whitening

My treatments included fillings (replaced for new ones) and whitening. Also I am booked for next few treatments (crown). I am doing regular check ups. Mostly I am pleased with whitening results, which been recommended by my dentist.
I am very please with service provided by Falkirk Dental Care clinic. Very professional, approacheable and friendly staff, easy and available bookings! I definitely recommend this clinic as a one of best.
