The practice manager and reception staff are equally outstanding. The recent refurbishments are stunning—the practice feels fresh, modern, and welcoming. I also really appreciated the soothing music in the waiting area; it created a calm and relaxing atmosphere that made a big difference for me. I can't recommend Oaks Dental Ruislip enough. I found the staff very caring and helpful. The dentist was very clear and professional on what treatment was best for me, and I believe the charges were very reasonable. If I had any minor comments, it would be just to ensure the bars are in place on the entrance for a disabled patient. But overall, I am more than happy with the staff, how helpful they were, and professional. That also is the same for the dentist. 10/10.
I was seen today by Mary Hatton. Why did I worry so much? Mary was brilliant putting me at ease totally and together with her assistant carried out an extraction and 2 fillings. Mary was so gentle, kind and professional explaining all the time what she was doing. An amazing person. I have been going to The Maltings Practice for over 40 years and have always been satisfied with the work I have received on my teeth.
