I wish I could remember the name of the lady. There was one lady who helped me so much from day 1 till I left. She was helpful, kind, joyful with a beautiful smile. She was with me in the hospital and came to the hotel many times to check. Everything from A to Z deserves 5 stars and the lady who was with me all time deserves 10 stars alone.

My dentist was so thorough with the cleaning of my teeth and identified a filling was needed. Completely painless in very clean and relaxed surroundings. Hotel and clinic, all of my agreed appointments were on time, the hotel had a beautiful view, transferred from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the clinic, and everything that was agreed in the plan was also implemented. No hidden costs. I met with my doctor Dr. Ahmet Göktas - he was great. I only felt pain when my mouth was anaesthetized, otherwise, everything went smoothly without any pain. At Papatya Dental Hospital all the staff were very friendly and professional. As promised, the PR employee Funda never left my side during all phases of my treatment, which was a great relief for me. I had many treatments: tooth extractions and implant placement at the same time, everything went according to plan without any complications. I had before and after x-rays and photos taken. When I initially visited the dental center in Istanbul last November to begin my treatment, I was quite anxious. Despite receiving a thorough explanation of the treatment plan before my departure, the nerves persisted. However, as soon as I arrived at the clinic, I was assigned an exceptional individual named Melisa to take care of me. He immediately made me feel safe and secure, providing detailed explanations of each step that would occur during my visits. When I returned in early May to commence the second phase of my treatment, I was thrilled to once again have Melisa by my side. Knowing that he would provide the reassurance I needed was incredibly comforting. He warmly greeted me in the morning, reiterating the procedures scheduled for the day. Even during my late appointments, he patiently waited for me and accompanied me throughout the process. Now, I have the smile I've always wanted, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The service I received from start to finish was truly exceptional. I am from France living in Nigeria I had very serious gum disease and try different treatment to no avail. But at Dentestetik only one appointment, the dentist immediately diagnosed the problem. After a deep curettage, my gum is repaired within only 3 days. I can now brush my teeth without bleeding. They are very caring and very professional. It worth the money!! I really recommend them as they make it very easy for foreigners!!
