I came to Lecce all the way from California for my breast augmentation surgery in February 2025, and I'm so glad I chose Dr. Savoia. From our very first online meeting, everything went smoothly and exactly as planned. Both Dr. Savoia and Serena were incredibly attentive and detail-oriented. I felt truly heard and well cared for through every step—from signing the contract to pre- and post-surgery support. It made a big difference to feel that kind of trust and reassurance, especially being far from home. I'm 4 months post-op and very happy with the results, had no issues during recovery. I was back home in California just 7 days after surgery. Dr. Savoia continues to check in with me online, and I've been receiving excellent support and clear recovery guidelines. Highly recommend!

The planning for the surgery went smoothly and quickly. I managed to secure a last-minute appointment and promptly booked a budget-friendly Airbnb apartment nearby. Upon arriving in Cairo, I stayed in constant communication with Dr. Harfoush and his team. The surgery took place at a hospital. While the hospital wasn't particularly exceptional, it maintained an acceptable level of cleanliness, and the room I stayed in was adequate. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The surgery was conducted in the afternoon, and I was discharged in the evening. The follow-up appointment was scheduled for three days later, consisting of wound care and further consultation. After returning home, communication became somewhat more challenging, primarily limited to text messages and pictures on WhatsApp. Despite this, I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Harfoush!

This is a real professional clinic. The doctor gives you good information about treatments no pushing and gives you the time to make a good decision by yourself.
