I travelled to Istanbul with my daughter for her iLASIK surgery at Risus Clinic, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt confident and reassured. Violet was absolutely perfect—she was so attentive and personally involved in every step, ensuring that both of us were well taken care of throughout the process. She even attended the surgery to ensure there were no communication issues during the operation. Her kindness and helpfulness truly made a difference. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all our questions in detail, which made us feel completely at ease. After my daughter’s successful surgery, I decided to have a consultation for my own vision issues. I’ve been dealing with hypermetropia (farsightedness) for years and had been considering an IOL lens operation. However, Dr. Öncel recommended LASIK surgery instead, and I’m so glad I trusted his expertise. Both my daughter and I are thrilled with the results. The professionalism, care, and attention we received at Risus Clinic were exceptional, and the outcomes have exceeded our expectations. I’ve recently attended Maxx clinic for rhinoplasty and a breast reduction. I spoke with a lady via WhatsApp, who organised everything and arranged our stay in a lovely hotel which was done so fast and efficiently. When we arrived at the airport we were greeted by translator Derya and transporter Berke and Instantly felt welcomed by both of them. Derya was just amazing, possibly the friendliest and loveliest woman ever. As soon as we got to Turkey, we went straight to the hospital for blood and an x-ray, then transported to our hotel. The following morning I was booked in for my surgery at 9 am. I was picked up first thing in the morning by Derya and Berke and transported back to the hospital. Here I was to meet my surgeon Dr Rehber Marsil to discuss what I wanted to do, I genuinely can’t recommend Dr Rehber enough he has got to be the best surgeon in Turkey. So down to earth and just an all-around great guy, super cool too! After meeting Dr. Rehber, we read and signed over all the documents, paid and went down for surgery. Unfortunately, my partner was getting another procedure done so was unable to come with me however Derya stayed with me leading up to my surgery and wheeled me down, she reassured me and kept me at ease. Woke up from my surgery in my room and again Derya kept me company until my partner came back. The team were just unbelievable from start to finish, always checking up on both me and my partner, ensuring we were ok with everything, including we were happy with the accommodation they’d provided. The surgery went so well, my results were perfect and If I could do it all again I’d choose Maxx Clinic in a heartbeat. I’m so happy with my results, I’m just waiting to find another excuse to fly over and get some more work done with them! Cannot thank each of them for making my first surgery experience so easy.

From the moment I landed, to the moment I flew home the experience was 5*. I came solo for bariatric surgery. But I was never made to feel Uncomfortable, the tests are unbelievable and professional, and Dr Mani and his team are just the most professional and caring people. The nursing staff, are attentive and listen well. The hospital was clean and tidy, I would 100% recommend this hospital for any surgeries. My experience was honestly better than any I’ve had in the UK. Just a huge thanks for changing my future and giving me a healthy life to look forward to. ❤️

After having a gastric band fitted ten years ago it became very uncomfortable and I started gaining weight. After having no success with the NHS I was quoted £6200 to go privately in the UK Seeing that I was going on holiday to Turkey in June I called and spoke to Emsal at the Yucelen hospital. She was extremely professional and communicative and said the band could be removed by the surgeon Dr Aydin Keskin and suggested I could also have a gastric sleeve. Nearing the end of my holiday I went to the Yucelen hospital to have the band removed and a gastric sleeve procedure. I was greeted and picked up by a driver from the hospital and upon arrival was greeted by Emsal, and other staff members who were very reassuring kind and considerate which put all my anxiety and nerves At ease and I immediately knew I had made the right decision. I underwent the procedure and the aftercare was second to none During my stay at the hospital, I encountered no pain or discomfort and the surgeon Dr Aydin Keskin came to see me regularly as well as Emsal who always ensured I was comfortable and being looked after. I would definitely recommend the Yucelen Hospital after my experience they are second to none. I am now looking forward after the money I saved to buy a new wardrobe and being a new me.

I can’t tell you how good this place is! Every step was taken care of in a sympathetic and caring way. The results are fantastic, the staff are very caring and put my nerves to rest as soon as I got there. Baris, is fab and I’m so pleased with the results not even a week in at the moment but it’s absolutely wonderful. A big thank you to everyone. This is the only place I would go if I ever need anything doing again.

I have just had Cataract surgery at the Esnaf Hospital and I want to express my thanks to Doctor Nazir E Demirci and her team for looking after me and helping me to get through the procedure. Doctor Demirci was kind and understanding. I also want to mention the translator Emre Can. He was so helpful and reassuring and made me feel relaxed and positive about the procedure. He checked with me that I was happy throughout the process. I think he is an excellent representative of how staff should present themselves within the Esnaf Hospital. I would recommend him to anyone who needs medical treatment or advise His communication skills are first-class. The Esnaf hospital is very clean and a comfortable place to be.

I recently had an incredible experience with Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir and the team at Koru Private Hospital. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized by Mehmet Emin Karagöz, who ensured every detail was taken care of – from pick-up to scheduling appointments with the doctors, addressing my concerns, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir was exceptional. He was well-spoken, straightforward, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and what to expect. His professionalism and skill gave me complete confidence, and I am very happy with the results. The staff and facilities at Koru Private Hospital were equally impressive. The professionalism and care I received exceeded my expectations, making this a truly positive and seamless experience. Highly recommended!

I am now 1 week and 2 days post op and I am feeling great! I have had a mini TT and 360 lipo and also went with my friend who had breast uplift with 360 lipo. The service and whole experience have been amazing! I have never felt so looked after! I have had multiple surgeries in the UK and the aftercare and experience have been so much better with Clinic Europe. Anywhere we needed to go, we sent a text and the driver was there! Appointments were arranged and the driver was there. The room service was incredible and the room was so cosy and clean for our recovery, ozgun was at the hotel daily to visit and change our dressings and was available for anything we needed, she is so sweet 😊 Hazel was our host and organised everything for us and anything we needed she organised. It was so nice to speak to our surgeon beforehand as he spoke very good English! Although the hospital staff could not speak good English. But the night nurse we had during our hospital stay was so lovely! She cared for our needs and we felt so looked after! The hospital was clean and comfortable for our stay and overall the whole experience has been fantastic! I would 100% recommend this place and will defo be returning for future surgeries, thank you so much, guys. P.S. The doctor was amazing and very kind. Amid the language barrier she ensure I was given a the opportunity to speak with an interpreter. Hospital was amazing and staff was very efficient and helpful. Person centre care was the core of the care delivered.
