I would like to thank Dr. Gorkem Atsal for the otoplasty carried, Dr is very friendly, and explained the entire process at the initial check-up, Dr gave as plenty of information and a lot of face-to-face consultation. Couple things to note for future customers, you are directly connecting with the owner of the business Dr. Gorkem vs. Clinic, it’s always good to have direct contact as some are doing it for money and when you have a doctor who owns the business and also does the procedure it’s of good heart and passion. We are extremely happy with the services provided by the team, especially Yasemin who coordinated the entire process for us starting from the Airport pick-up, hotels, and shuttles to and from hotel. It’s good to note that she went above and beyond as we were staying longer in Istanbul to book us an additional hotel stay, not to mention she is very responsive as we never felt left out. In general, we are happy and would absolutely recommend the services of Dr. Gorkem Atsal. I believe Dr has an amazing team working for him which makes the entire experience well worth it.

I came from Canada for a lower bleph and upon my first contact with Fatima, the coordinator, everything has been a breeze. They are super responsive, organized and take care of anything and everything. I truly enjoyed my time in Turkey and I am absolutely amazed by the results of my operation. I got crowns on my back molars because they were heavily filled and breaking down, and then whitening for the rest of my visible teeth. It actually worked out better than I thought. The crowns feel strong and don’t stand out at all. They matched them perfectly to my natural colour after the whitening.

Amazingly friendly and welcoming employees. I was immediately greeted at the front desk with a smile and my consultation started within minutes. The surgeon’s assistant was also very nice and made me feel less nervous right away. Dr is truly great at what he does, both personally and professionally. He really made me feel at ease and provided excellent results. It truly felt as though he wanted what was best for me the whole process from beginning to end. Love the staff here! Absolutely fantastic service from FlyHealth from my very first enquiry 2 years ago right up until even now 4 weeks post op. (I had to put my surgery back twice and it was no bother for FlyHealth, they accommodated dates around me). Friendly, quick to reply and informative of anything I needed. I went to Turkey to have a few operations , I had pec implants, liposuction and a hernia operation. I was very impressed with how clean the tidy the hospital was, also how well I was looked after by the surgeons, staff and nurses. Kerem , ezel and skye were absolutely fantastic and the surgeons have dome a great job and I am very satisfied, I highly recommend booking with these.

I had dental treatment with Dr. Doner, and I really loved it. He is very professional and explains every step to me. I had a zirconium crown and wisdom tooth extraction. Everything was done in one week, and I didn’t experience any pain. My translator, Irina, was also very helpful and supported me throughout the whole treatment. I will definitely come back and bring my friends and family.

Dr Ozge and team were amazing. A disciplined and sincere approach was the key for my decision. My facelift surgery took around 3 hours and needed to stay in the hospital 2 nights Recovery was smooth and left back to Germany after 6 days with small bruises on the neck and under eyes Best decision since I turned to 50. The doctor was amazing and very kind. Amid the language barrier she ensure I was given a the opportunity to speak with an interpreter. Hospital was amazing and staff was very efficient and helpful. Person centre care was the core of the care delivered.
