I cannot recommend Dr. Kacmaz and his team enough! I travelled from Canada, and to be honest, at first was a little hesitant to travel so far and getting a surgery in a different country. I contacted many different surgeons and agencies, but as soon as I started speaking with Ebru (patient coordinator) I felt at ease with my decision. She was very professional and prompt with her responses. She didn’t try to push me or “sell” me on anything. I get very put off when they try to sell or are very pushy and constantly following up. She gave me the information I needed and let me decide from there. She was also so friendly and just gave me a good feeling overall. Then after my initial consultation over the phone with Dr. Kacmaz I felt very confident in my decision. He right away made me feel at ease, he was so knowledgeable and honest with what I wanted and could achieve. I felt so comfortable with him and knew he was the right surgeon for me! Upon arrival, everything was a breeze. From transportation, to the hotel stay, to communication with the patient coordinator and driver. Everything was extremely organised and just felt so safe and in good hands. I CANNOT say enough of the patient coordinator Ebru. She was absolutely amazing in every way. She was so personable and we got along like we were old friends. I was alone in the hospital for the surgery and she took all the stress off, and made me feel so safe and comfortable, I knew I was in good hands. The operation itself went extremely well and I am SO happy with my results. It’s been 1 month, and they are exactly what I wanted. Upon travelling back, you still have communication with them and they’re always there to answer any questions you may have. I could not be happier with my decision to travel to Turkey for my surgery, and I am so grateful to Dr. Kacmaz and his amazing team. I have been telling anyone interested in breast augmentation surgery to go to him you will not be disappointed!!

I was tired of looking exhausted all the time, so I decided to get upper eyelid surgery at Cosmedica. The results are subtle but make such a difference! I look fresher, but it doesn’t seem obvious that I had something done. The clinic was very professional, and the whole experience felt very organized. Also, Istanbul was such a lovely place to visit, definitely made the trip worthwhile!

I had the pleasure of meeting the doctor and his staff, and my experience has been truly amazing. Initially, the first couple of days after surgery were daunting and scary due to the unknowns. However, 1.5 weeks later, I'm feeling very good and happy with the results. The doctor's bedside manner is exceptional – he takes the time to settle you in and make you feel comfortable. He's a beautiful person. Ece was my coordinator/translator, her constant support also helped put me at ease, making me feel confident and comfortable. Best company for cosmetic surgery… I have only 100% praise for Flyhealth from enquiring online I was given fast honest and accurate details and responses. I was advised as appropriate as what to do to prepare for surgery and recovery as I have diabetes and a raised BMI. Upon arrival I was met by friendly transfer staff and was taken to My City Hotel which exceeded my expectations it was lovely and the staff were professional and helpful. Everyday whilst in Istanbul I had WhatsApp numbers for Flyhealth staff for any questions or worries. Anil met me for my pre-op at the hospital the day before my surgery and was professional and reassuring. I arrived for my surgery Breast Reduction, tummy tuck and Liposuction and was I introduced to my surgeon Banu Aksoy and her assistant and again was left reassured and less nervous. My surgery went well and the nursing staff were attentive and caring nothing was too much trouble. I continued to see my surgeon and her assistant daily whilst in hospital for dressing changes. Anil arranged all my transfers to the outpatient appointments and remained my go-to with questions. I will be forever grateful to everyone involved in my care I never imagined the results would be as good as they are my scars are barely visible. I'm 10 weeks post-op today I have a whole new wardrobe of clothes no pain and extremely happy. Thanks to Flyhealth, keep up the excellent work you do.

I do not know how to articulate my absolute awe and gratitude towards Dr Melih Can and his team. From researching which doctor to go with for over 3 years and having a consultation (online) with the doctor and his assistant, I knew from that moment that he was the right one for my surgery. I still took a few months after that to pluck up the courage, but eventually, I’m so glad I trusted my instinct. The team has been great at answering any questions, they are very open, kind and honest people. The doctor is also extremely intelligent and knows exactly what is best for his patients, advising but also adhering to my own requirements. Surgery is an art, one which Dr Melih Can has mastered perfectly for rhinoplasty and I’m sure the other areas of surgical expertise. If you’re wondering whether he is the right surgeon for you, I’d say to do your research in other places and also have a consultation at least with the doctor. I am a perfectionist by nature and very very particular, so if he can provide the most beautiful natural results as he has with me, I have no doubt he will outdo your expectations too. Hello, I've just returned from Izmir where I had plastic surgery arranged by Medlife. I had my "cupcakes" beautified and all I can say is the whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Everything was well organised and planned...no delays... All the people involved in my procedure did a superb job. I recently had surgery in Antalya with Time Travel Aesthetic. My surgeon was Dr Bahadir Celik and my liaison / translator was Busra. I can’t say enough good things about Busra - she is knowledgeable, speaks excellent English, guided me through every part of the process from my first inquiry through to aftercare. (As a side note, she was not at all pushy when I was contacting several clinics during my research… some clinics were so persistent I had to block them!) She was there on the day of my surgery, and came to my hotel to check on me in the days following. She arranged drivers to pick us up and replied to messages day and night. She is also just really nice and friendly, we enjoyed hanging out with her! She made what could have been a very stressful process easy and seamless, and her team of nurses were also lovely and super attentive. Dr Bahadir is brilliant - he instantly made me feel at ease, like he knew exactly what I wanted (I had a revision rhinoplasty and a breast reaugmentation) and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He got the proportions just right, my scars are tiny and neat, and whilst he enhanced and corrected my features, I still look like me! He’s also a super nice guy - came to find my boyfriend after to high five him and let him know it all went well. My boyfriend even spoke to him a couple of days post op and he alleviated our concerns by sending his nurse to the hotel to check my dressings (all was fine I just had a lot of bleeding). He was also present during both post op appointments- something which didn’t happen when I’ve had ops in the UK. All of this for half the price of what I was quoted in the UK… and i got to recover by the pool looking out over beautiful turkey. All in all, I couldn’t recommend this clinic and team highly enough. If you’re thinking of taking the plunge, these are the people you want looking after you. Thank you again Time Travel - the experience surpassed my expectations ❤️

Well, what can I say? Such a professional and friendly team at Cosmeto City! I'm absolutely gutted to leave, but I’ve had such an amazing experience with the team. I had dental treatment with Dr. Doner, and I really loved it. He is very professional and explains every step to me. I had a zirconium crown and wisdom tooth extraction. Everything was done in one week, and I didn’t experience any pain. My translator, Irina, was also very helpful and supported me throughout the whole treatment. I will definitely come back and bring my friends and family.

I had corrective surgery for a previous breast reduction and uplift. My original procedure, performed at another clinic in Antalya two years ago, resulted in very poor and disappointing outcomes. I got done my tummy tuck 1 year ago and I am very happy with the result that I got. I had really good experience with Holo Wotld Health. I came over from another city to Istanbul and I am happy that I got such a good decision. Mona was very kind and helpful. She followed me from the first that I applied and was always available to answer my questions. Hotel was 5 stars and very clean. Doctor was very professional. I highly recommend this company to anyone that want to get aesthetic surgery done in Turkey.

I shopped around for hair implants and with their offer they convinced me straight away they were by far more reasonable than anyone else. When I arrived at the airport I was greeted by the rep (Yagiz Aydin) wonderful guy extremely helpful nothing too much for him, he introduced me to the lady doctor who was very kind and efficient so was all her team She followed up with kindness I strongly recommend this clinic.

Great process Burcak was a fantastic excellent host and so professional. Dr from clinic also very professional start to finish. Day 1-2 suffered with stomach cramps nothing too bad. Medication give was great for the 3-day anti-sickness. No nausea at all after the balloon was fitted. Day 3 stomach cramps still here but nothing major. So happy so far with the process can’t thanks New Me clinic enough for everything.

Nearing the end of my holiday I went to the Yucelen hospital to have the band removed and a gastric sleeve procedure. I was greeted and picked up by a driver from the hospital and upon arrival was greeted by Emsal, and other staff members who were very reassuring kind and considerate which put all my anxiety and nerves At ease and I immediately knew I had made the right decision. I underwent the procedure and the aftercare was second to none During my stay at the hospital, I encountered no pain or discomfort and the surgeon Dr Aydin Keskin came to see me regularly as well as Emsal who always ensured I was comfortable and being looked after. I would definitely recommend the Yucelen Hospital after my experience they are second to none. I am now looking forward after the money I saved to buy a new wardrobe and being a new me.
