I recently travelled to Istanbul for Gynecomastia surgery with Vanity Cosmetic Surgery, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The Pre-Op Support (Sefa) From the very beginning, my sales consultant, Sefa, was incredible. He was available within minutes for any question I had, which was so reassuring before I even left home. He was incredibly punctual with information, ensuring I had everything I needed to feel prepared and safe before my flight. Arrival and Facilities The logistics were seamless. The airport transfers to the clinic and hotel were on time. The clinic itself is extremely clean, quiet, and modern. Despite there being about 15 other patients in the facility, the layout is designed for maximum privacy; I didn’t see anyone else the evening before or the day of my surgery. It felt like a private experience. Surgeon and Nursing Staff My surgeon was Dr. Selami Serhat Sirvan, who was professional, kind, and very approachable. I felt I was in safe hands from our first meeting. The nursing care was equally impressive—I felt like I had 3–5 nurses looking after me at any given time. Even with a minor language barrier, they were so kind and used translation apps to ensure we communicated perfectly. On-Site Coordination (Gozel) Once in Istanbul, Gozel was my main contact. Like Sefa, she was always available, caring, and professional. Whether in person or via WhatsApp during my recovery, she never made me feel like a "number." No question was too small for her, and her kindness made a vulnerable time much easier. The Results The surgery was quick, and the results are far better than I expected. I saw the initial results just one day later and was blown away. Now, one month post-op, the swelling and bruising have subsided, and I am thrilled with the outcome. For the first time in my life, I feel confident enough to go to the beach. Accommodation and Aftercare I stayed at the Mercure Hotel and highly recommend staying at a Vanity-partnered hotel. The staff understands you are a post-op patient and treats you with extra care. Having a Vanity in-house nurse visit the hotel room daily (especially in the first 24 hours) was a huge comfort. Plus, since many other guests are also recovering from various procedures, you don't feel self-conscious walking around with bandages or bruising. Final Verdict While surgery is always a big decision with inherent risks, my experience with Vanity was 5-star from start to finish. A special thank you to Sefa and Gozel for looking after me so well. I am so happy I chose them!

I had my surgery through the Clinic Centre 2 weeks ago. I was highly impressed with the way the Clinic Centre operates. From day one through the WhatsApp communication it went well and my co-ordinator Efe was extremely efficient. I could see that even the taxi drivers were considerate and thoughtful and the hotel was faultless, so clean and it provided everything. My surgery was 100% satisfactory—100% trustworthy company to go through. Do not expect NHS level of love, care and empathy. However, they know what they are doing and they deliver with enough care. So, my only advice is, to go with someone else to support you mentally and the little things like get proper soup when you are sick of hospital soup. I plan to go back again to do one more job in the future.

I started making enquiries at the end of July 2024 for the Gynecomastia and booked in at the start of August. Treatment cost just over £3100. My coordinator (Mari) was very professional The response and information given to me were accurate and in-depth of the process and treatment. Available dates and estimated pricing were reasonable, although they do charge a 8% fee if you’re not paying in cash. My coordinator was always in contact with me throughout the process even after the surgery which put me at ease. There wasn’t much of a language barrier when communicating with my coordinator and they were easy to talk to in person, which makes the whole process smooth. (Communication in English) Any technical questions about the surgery and recovery were forwarded onto the surgeon and then communicated back to me within a couple of hours. Overall would recommend enquiring about it.

I had Wonderful experience with Askeroglu Health Group. At the beginning had concerns about how the operation would take place in a foreign country, besides, I was alone but with Dr. Askeroglu and his wonderful team, I felt special. Dr and his team were always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I did Hollywood cheeks, liposuction and tummy tuck. After surgery I had pain around my tummy about 10 days and I had swelling for more than a month. After Hollywood cheeks operation felt no pain. Results are amazing. To be honest I was not expecting that much. I am so glad I chose Dr. Ufuk Askeroglu and would highly recommend to anyone. Travelled from the UK for gynecomastia surgery with Dr Suleyman. I did a lot of research beforehand, and I am very glad I chose this clinic. Gizem sorted all the trip details on WhatsApp, which made everything completely stress-free. ​Dr Suleyman is a true professional. He is straightforward, knows exactly what he is doing and doesn't overcomplicate things. I also want to mention the nurses. They were excellent and very thorough with the aftercare. The hospital itself is spotless. ​It has been a few months now, and the result is exactly what I wanted. My chest is completely flat, and the scars are already fading.
