Deep Plane Facelift Turkey

I recently had a deep plane face and neck lift with Dr Atsal, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Dr Atsal is an excellent surgeon — skilled, precise, and genuinely warm and caring throughout the whole process. He took the time to make sure I understood everything and felt confident every step of the way. The whole team around him deserves just as much praise. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel looked after, from the first consultation through to aftercare — kind, attentive, and reassuring at every turn. What really stood out was the transparency: everything was included, with no hidden costs cropping up along the way. The accommodation was lovely, and transfers were smooth and efficient, which made the whole trip stress-free. I'd happily recommend Dr. Atsal to anyone considering this procedure, and I'd return without hesitation in the future.

If you are thinking about using Vanity for surgery, you would not regret it. Dr Çağatay Öner performed a neck and lower face lift, and I am happy with the results so far, but I'm only a week post op. I met Dr Çağatay via a video call before deciding if he was the surgeon for me, and he totally put my mind at ease. He speaks excellent French and English (he understands British humour, which is impressive) and is outstanding in his field of work. When arriving in Turkey, I was informed every step of the way about what was happening to me. The day before, I was told the time of the surgery and when the driver would come and pick me up from the hotel. I was also given some documents to review, such as consent forms and liability forms, instead of just being given them on the day. The day of surgery, I was picked up, dropped off and then discussed with the doctor, patient coordinator and anesthesiologist in a consultation room. During the surgeon consultation, they took before pictures, used a special pen on areas he was going to work on, and discussed the procedure and post op care. I never felt pressured to undertake additional surgical work and had no sense of upselling, which is something I was unnecessarily worried about. Then I had the 5-hour surgery, which I can only assume went well as I'm here to write this review! I woke up and felt a bit groggy, but that is to be expected from having a general anaesthesia. I had a random side effect from the GA where my right ankle and foot were numb when I awoke, but now, a week later, I have some feeling back; it's still not 100%, but better than a week ago. I was reassured that the feelings would come back slowly each day and not to worry. I ended up staying in the hospital for 2 days. The hospital rooms were simple, but they had everything they needed and, most importantly, it was exceptionally clean, and I felt looked after and safe. The TV had Netflix and YouTube, which were total saviours in the hospital. The nurses were so lovely and spoke enough English to get by. I need to mention Azize, Beste, Gosia and Rümeysa, who were all lovely nurses who helped me in my recovery whilst at the clinic and hotel. After I left the hospital, I returned to the hotel for 5 days to recover. This was the part I was dreading, but I never felt I was on my own, as the hotel had nurses on site and you could call reception and they would come to your room immediately. Also, I still had regular appointments back at the clinic to remove the drains, stitches and to be 'signed off' before I could fly home. I also made sure I sat in the hotel lobby for a change of scenery. I did a lot of people-watching whilst pretending to read my book! Post op you have to wear a compression garment for a week, 24/7 and then reduce it in the second week, just to sleep in. I have now flown home and back with my family in the UK to rest. I very much recommend Vanity. My results are TBA as it takes roughly 3 months for your face to relax and settle, but I can most certainly see a difference already. Doctors, nurses, housekeeping, drivers and my patient co-ordinator made this experience a positive one. A big shout-out to the wonderful Murat (patient co-ordinator) who was so patient with my endless questions, from popular culture to vegetarian Turkish food. A lovely, compassionate young man who radiates kindness. Murat is an asset to Vanity. I am going to be back in Istanbul in just over 3 weeks, and Vanity are kindly letting me return for a post op check up. So far, nothing has worried or alarmed me, but just for peace of mind, as I am going to be nearby, it makes sense to have a check-up. If after reading this review, you are still wondering if surgery is for you, then please do request a video call with the surgeon as it will put your mind at rest. I however fully endorse Vanity.

I came from Sydney Australia for a rhinoplasty with Dr Caner Kacmaz and I am extremely happy with the service and my results. I asked for a natural-looking nose and that’s exactly what I got. All the staff were very nice and helpful and the doctor understood exactly what I wanted and delivered perfectly. My recovery was very quick and easy and I experienced no facial bruising or swelling. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone and am very happy with my choice of clinic.

I had been thinking about a deep plane facelift for quite some time, but I was honestly a bit anxious before going through with it. At the same time, I was hopeful it would give me a more refreshed and natural look rather than something too obvious. The surgery itself went better than I expected. When I woke up, there was some discomfort, but it was manageable and not as intense as I had imagined. The first week was probably the most demanding part — keeping my head elevated, using cold compresses, and just taking things slow. Still, it all felt like part of the process and nothing out of the ordinary. What made a difference for me was the surgeon’s approach. Everything was explained clearly beforehand, and the expectations felt realistic. Now, several months later, I can say I’m really happy with how things turned out. The results look natural, and the scars are barely noticeable. Overall, I feel more confident without looking “overdone,” which was very important to me. I’m glad I took the time to choose carefully.

What can I say but Wow clincton is an amazing company. Our representative was Seline and she was so kind, supportive and patient with my daughter and I. My daughter had an operation too and Seline even scrubbed up and went into the operating room with her as she was so nervous. This meant she missed lunch and was at the hospital for hours with her. She was always on call and got all our answers immediately. So kind to us both and Bella and appreciate her so much. The surgeons for both mine and Bella were absolutely brilliant. My result was so natural and I feel and look ten years younger. My daughter’s surgery was done a by an expert with. Perfect results I can thank you Seline and the whole team at Clincton. I arrived at the newmeclinic on 13,/9/24 the driver was bang on time - from then on the service I received was outstanding, from the Co ordinator, to the nurses and the exceptional Dr Houtan there was always someone there to ask for advise I cannot fault newmeclinic amazing results I had a neck lift, half a face lift and under arm surgery - goodbye wobbly skin thank you all for taking good care of me.

Dr Fi was recommended to me by a friend who had had a facelift with him. He had been very impressed with both the result and the experience, so it gave me confidence to go ahead and book. I had a video consultation with Dr Fi and he agreed I was a good candidate for a neck lift and lower face lift (deep plane), together with upper eyelid surgery and fat injections. I’m 45 and had mild sagging/ laxity around the neck and jaw. I wanted to get more of a snatched look and maximise my appearance before I head into my 50s. I travelled from Spain to Istanbul alone, and the clinic had arranged a luxury transfer from the airport to my hotel. The hotel was located just a minute’s walk from the clinic. Because I had agreed to have the surgery under local anaesthetic with sedation, I was able to be treated in the clinic and not at the hospital. I flew in on a Monday and had the surgery Tuesday night. I was able to do some sightseeing during the day on Tuesday and really loved the city. I met Dr Fi and his team at the clinic, and they spoke English to a high standard, so I felt fully informed of what was going to happen. I was conscious during the surgery, which took around four hours, and was able to communicate. But I was sedated so I was relaxed and for the most part, only experienced a bit of discomfort. I have had surgery previously so the arrangement was ok for me, but it might not be suitable for someone anxious about the procedure. When the surgery was finished, I was able to get up and return to my hotel - one of the kind nurses accompanied me. The first night was quite uncomfortable. Because I wasn’t in the hospital, I couldn’t have the IV painkiller overnight. When I got my medication in the morning, things eased up. And despite being swollen and bruised, by Day 2 I was able to do a bit of work on my laptop and do some gentle walking around the neighbourhood (wearing my headscarf and dark glasses). I had decided to do the trip by myself, which meant I didn’t have anyone to send out for food or to the pharmacy, but I managed ok. I had my check-up on Thursday night, and Dr Fi said everything was looking good. I got my fit-to-fly letter, and I flew home the next day. So in total, I was away for just four nights. I think they would have preferred for me to stay a little longer, but for me, it was better to be back in my own bed. I was able to take the tape off my face and remove the stitches from my eyes today (Sunday) and am healing well. I have cream to apply to my scars, which are hidden in my hairline around the back of my neck and ears. My energy is still a bit lower than normal, but generally, I’m able to go about normal activities. Overall, everything has gone well, and my experience of Turkey and Dr Fi and his team has been great. I’m excited to see the final result!

I travelled to İzmir on my own to have a breast lift with implants, so naturally I was nervous, but from the moment I arrived I felt very well looked after. The staff took good care of me before and after surgery and I felt safe throughout my stay. The hotel has also been comfortable and quiet, which has been perfect for resting and recovering. Everything has been very well organised. All my transfers were arranged and the driver has always been on time, so I never had to worry about getting to appointments or back to the hotel. I also have to say how incredibly lucky I feel to have had Nihal throughout this experience. Travelling alone for surgery could have felt overwhelming, but she made such a difference. She has been kind, patient, caring and always there when I needed help, had a question or simply needed reassurance. She made me feel genuinely looked after, and I don’t think my experience would have been the same without her. I am still recovering, but so far I am genuinely very happy with my decision, my result and the care I received. I’m very grateful to Dr Alper, Nihal and everyone involved. ❤️
