Thanks to my doctor and Fatih, my surgery went better than I expected. I would like to thank him for his friendliness and approach to the patient. VAGINOPLASTY I had my procedure 1 week ago and can honestly say it wasn’t painful. A little uncomfortable for the first couple of days, but I was expecting much worse. The procedure was done under heavy sedation and I was asleep the whole time. The surgeon explained everything well and my co-ordinator was extremely helpful too. The staff at the clinic were all lovely and made me feel very welcome and cared for. I’m not sure how well my ‘new vagina’ works as it’s best to avoid sex for 6 weeks following surgery. I’m sure I’ll let you know when the time arrives.

I had a nose job done by Dr Atsal almost 2 years ago for cosmetic purposes. He has been extremely helpful, friendly and caring throughout! The hospital stay was very comfortable with good facilities and under the care of a highly professional team covering all your needs and keeping you updated. It made me feel safe and engaged as Dr Atsal answered all my questions during the consultation, via mobile and before/after the procedure -he has been always there for me. My nose healed very quickly -within a couple of weeks the procedure signs were unnoticeable as the swelling disappeared. Also, Nobody could tell I had a nose job done as it looked very natural. My lovely patient coordinator Zeynep wanted me to make a comment that's why I am here now lol. She did her best to make my stay stunning. I can not say even one little negative thing about my kind surgeon, fancy hospital and 5-star hotel. Glad that I chose West. After 6-7 months I need to be back for the rest of my operations cause I demanded a lot and could not get all of them done due to my low blood levels they check all before the operation. I had an abdominoplasty and liposuction operation by Dr Ulas Bali and I am delighted. So much for the care, and the great follow-up by Erdem's assistant who is extraordinary, and always there if needed. For the recommended hotel it's a shame that there isn't a small outdoor garden, otherwise, the staff is very attentive.

3 years ago I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Onsal. It's not an easy decision there are lots of opinions, doctors etc. I found him by a friend's recommendation. I couldn't trust everyone. I checked his background, Instagram, reviews. It was the best decision I made ever. I wish to do it before. Before I decided to have a labioplasty operation with Ebru Unal I researched a lot of cosmetic gynecologists in Turkey. However, no one looked as professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable and caring as Ebru Unal so I decided to have the operation with her. She was a bit pricy in comparison (2500 euro) but I am very glad I decided to continue with her. I am so happy with all the process from start to end. She asked for pictures every day and guided me and comforted me whenever I feel overwhelmed. She is a very responsible doctor with great attention to detail. Also, a perfectionist which is great for the patient. And my labia looks amazing. Definitely recommended.

It wasn't an easy decision for another rhinoplasty as after the first one I was left with blocked collapsing misshaped nose that left me traumatised for years to come. Took me 10 years to get over it and made a step toward normal looking Me. Coming from a bad experience I had a high expectations I could not believe what I saw after cast removed, the results were way beyond my expectations, expected a lot but not that much. My nose was beautiful from every possible side, unlocked breathing all rebuilt and stabled no more falling apart collapsing deflated look like ballon!!! I can only say good things about Cosmetocity. From arrival at airport, transfer to hotel, hospital stay till the day we left, we were attended with professionalism and care. All the nurses in OZM hospital were like angels and even the cleaners were polite and friendly, not to mention how clean they keep the hospital- it was spotless! All in all, if any of you are thinking of going with Cosmetocity, don't hesitate!

Due to the lack of appropriate services and support in my native country, I sought a viable alternative. Bookimed recommended Aqua Health, in particular Professor Baris Nuhoglu, to perform gender reassignment surgery. After an initial consultation online with the professor, I forwarded relevant information specific to my particular needs and wants. I then arranged an appropriate date and time to visit Istanbul for the procedure. I was picked up from the airport and placed in a lovely hotel for one night then I spent three nights in the hospital, where the staff were friendly, welcoming and supportive. In particular, Fatima, a daytime healthcare assistant, was extremely attentive and always had a smile on her face. This helped to make me feel more comfortable and relaxed. She was a real angel. Professor Baris, an incredibly personable yet unassuming gentleman, was always on hand to answer any questions and incredibly professional in attitude and approach. In addition, Dr. Hakan Hoser and his wife, Beritan Hoser, were extremely helpful, not least in terms of translation and reducing anxiety and concern. They even provided transport to and from the hospital and airport. Throughout the whole process, there has been fluid and efficient communication by Bookimed, Aqua Health and Mr. and Mrs. Hoser. Overall, I have been extremely satisfied and happy, not only with the procedure, but also with the very professional, supportive and respectful approach provided.

Excellent from beginning to end. I had upper blepharoplasty, and so far feels and looks great even though it is only a week since I had the procedure (local anaesthetic, dissolvable stitches). No need for general anaesthetic. 10/10 for Gunes and Luna; they are a credit to Ephesus. Thoroughly recommend this clinic. You will feel safe in their hands.
