Very pleased with service they providing. Arrived to Istanbul late, clinic was open just for me to do blood test and cardio. Surgeon looks professional with lots of experience. Plenty of results examples. During surgery had a full anesthesia what is brilliant, just had a nice sleep. After surgery had my own room with all necessity. 3 times a day meal, all medication included, regular tests and checks included. Absolutely brilliant.
Had my mommy makeover with Dr. Suleyman and honestly, best decision ever. I was nervous having surgery in another country but he and his team made everything so easy. After 2 kids I didn’t feel like myself anymore, but now I do again. Everything was arranged for me, no stress at all. Can’t recommend him enough. Felt really safe and cared for the whole time. The nurses were lovely too. Dr. Suleyman stayed in touch after surgery and answered all my questions, and the translator was always there when I needed anything. I am now 1 week and 2 days post op and I am feeling great! I have had a mini TT and 360 lipo and also went with my friend who had breast uplift with 360 lipo. The service and whole experience have been amazing! I have never felt so looked after! I have had multiple surgeries in the UK and the aftercare and experience have been so much better with Clinic Europe. Anywhere we needed to go, we sent a text and the driver was there! Appointments were arranged and the driver was there. The room service was incredible and the room was so cosy and clean for our recovery, ozgun was at the hotel daily to visit and change our dressings and was available for anything we needed, she is so sweet 😊 Hazel was our host and organised everything for us and anything we needed she organised. It was so nice to speak to our surgeon beforehand as he spoke very good English! Although the hospital staff could not speak good English. But the night nurse we had during our hospital stay was so lovely! She cared for our needs and we felt so looked after! The hospital was clean and comfortable for our stay and overall the whole experience has been fantastic! I would 100% recommend this place and will defo be returning for future surgeries, thank you so much, guys. P.S. I took an appointment and it was free, and the doctor was very friendly and modest despite his fame, and after a while, I went to Samsun to have the operation at the fbm medical centre. The centre is very clean, the staff and the nurses are very In courteousness, friendly, and dedicated to serving the patient. I have not seen anything even simple negative.
