(The pictures I have attached are only 1 week after surgery, they are still slightly swollen and bruised) I had an amazing experience with Aktif. The hospital was absolutely spotless and very modern with large comfortable rooms. Every member of staff I came into contact with was so friendly, kind and caring, the nurses, the cleaners, the healthcare assistants. Special shout out to Buket and Ipek, two amazing, beautiful, smart young ladies, they looked after me like I was a family member, nothing was too much trouble for them. For example, we landed really late and Ipek ran out to get us food at 1 am in the morning! They went above and beyond at every opportunity. They really did make me feel so safe and cared for, they deserve a massive pay raise! I can’t convey how good they were in words, they just make you feel so secure and looked after and I feel like I made two new friends that I will keep in touch with. Emel was also brilliant, providing me with all the relevant info for my trip and explaining everything carefully before I travelled. My surgeon was also amazing, Dr Umran Muslu has done such a good job on my eyes (upper and lower bleph), they’re not fully healed yet but I can already see the final results are going to be brilliant. He explained my surgery clearly and I felt fully informed every step of the way. My surgery and aftercare were so good that I was able to go out sightseeing around Istanbul the day after my op, I had NO pain at all, I couldn’t quite believe how good I felt after the surgery. We stayed in the Mercure hotel which was just gorgeous, it’s spotless and the staff are super helpful and friendly. The room was really nice, with very comfortable beds and really quiet during the night. The hotel has a lovely Spa with a pool, jacuzzi, steam, sauna and gym - you can use all these for free and it’s open until 10 pm. You can get food in the fabulous restaurant up until 2 am. I had such a good experience, there isn’t one negative thing I could say, everyone was so lovely, even our fantastic driver Hasan would buy us tea and pastries and stop off at beauty spots for us so we could take pictures - honestly, these people are just spectacular the way they care for you. I would recommend Aktif 100%, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a procedure now I’ve found them, just outstanding!

I'd been researching getting a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) abroad for over a year and had been in contact with practically every agency going for Turkey. However, I decided to go with Catch Life, Antalya and it was just the best decision I've made. You will pay more than some of the cheaper options located there but in terms of quality and service this is definitely value for money. The beautiful Veronica was my main contact. She took care of everything, was always contactable 24/7 and relieved my pre-trip, justified anxiety greatly by doing all the planning and logistics. All I had to do was to book my flights and it's happening! The super-cute Ezgi met me at the airport with a very helpful driver and she was just full of charm, knowledge and vibes. We went straight to a clinic and then a private hospital for pre-operation tests/scans/xray, then back to hotel. The next morning I was picked up by a smiling driver and the lovely Stephanie and brought to the hospital. She was so fabulous at mending any language barriers. There I met Dr Onur Oğan and the nurses who'd be looking after me. Now I know why Catch Life is more expensive, the Drs and hospitals they use are 5 star and legends in their fields - I've reviewed them seperately due to the amazing experience I had. I just love my new figure and it all went without a single complication. Next day the ever-helpful Mari collected me from the hospital, took care of everything for discharge and dropped me off at the hotel. Every day they checked in with me and communicated any concerns etc I had to the Dr who promptly responded with advice. Because I had been stuck recovering in a hotel room for days alone, the company unexpectantly had a driver free for 2 hours so sent him & the wonderful nurse/assistant Ertan to take me shopping to Old Town. Ertan was an absolute gentleman and a gem to spend time with. This little extra touch from Catch Life really lifted my spirits as they knew I was feeling a bit low. Honestly, it meant so much to me and I'll always cherish that. After a successful check-up with Dr Oğan it was time for Catch Life to take me to the airport. My experience with this company was so good that leaving Antalya was an emotional one for me. I cannot recommend Catch Life enough! My only advice, please don't try to haggle the price down. You will get what you pay for and when it comes to Catch Life, this is quality value for money and then some. They take all the pressure off you to allow you to enjoy the experience and focus on your surgery. Don't gamble with your health for the sake of a few pounds, you are worth every penny. Hello, I was there. I had surgery 4 days ago (stomach reduction). Everything is going well, even though I don't speak the language, I was received and treated very well by the very competent and friendly nursing staff. Not to forget the many doctors and surgeons! The hospital is very clean and organized! And don't forget my lovely German translator (Hülya), who is always ready to help with whatever is needed! Thank you all.

I used FlyHealth for my Nose Rhinoplasty and Septoplasty operation in Istanbul, Turkey. My experience from the very beginning was very positive and the team were always there if had I any questions or queries. The operation itself went really well and I am so happy with the end result, my only regret is that I did not get this operation done sooner! The surgeon and the hospital staff were amazing and so helpful, not to mention the translator (Anil) who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire time in Turkey If I were to go back for another operation, I would definitely use FlyHealth again, their service is amazing and they really take care of their clients

After having a gastric band fitted ten years ago it became very uncomfortable and I started gaining weight. After having no success with the NHS I was quoted £6200 to go privately in the UK Seeing that I was going on holiday to Turkey in June I called and spoke to Emsal at the Yucelen hospital. She was extremely professional and communicative and said the band could be removed by the surgeon Dr Aydin Keskin and suggested I could also have a gastric sleeve. Nearing the end of my holiday I went to the Yucelen hospital to have the band removed and a gastric sleeve procedure. I was greeted and picked up by a driver from the hospital and upon arrival was greeted by Emsal, and other staff members who were very reassuring kind and considerate which put all my anxiety and nerves At ease and I immediately knew I had made the right decision. I underwent the procedure and the aftercare was second to none During my stay at the hospital, I encountered no pain or discomfort and the surgeon Dr Aydin Keskin came to see me regularly as well as Emsal who always ensured I was comfortable and being looked after. I would definitely recommend the Yucelen Hospital after my experience they are second to none. I am now looking forward after the money I saved to buy a new wardrobe and being a new me.
