I had my surgery through the Clinic Centre 2 weeks ago. I was highly impressed with the way the Clinic Centre operates. From day one through the WhatsApp communication it went well and my co-ordinator Efe was extremely efficient. I could see that even the taxi drivers were considerate and thoughtful and the hotel was faultless, so clean and it provided everything. My surgery was 100% satisfactory—100% trustworthy company to go through. Do not expect NHS level of love, care and empathy. However, they know what they are doing and they deliver with enough care. So, my only advice is, to go with someone else to support you mentally and the little things like get proper soup when you are sick of hospital soup. I plan to go back again to do one more job in the future.

They even take you to get all your medication after surgery, so you’re never left worrying or organising anything yourself. The aftercare, consistency, and genuine care they show is outstanding. I couldn’t recommend CatchLife enough — especially Dr Bahadir Celik. They truly look after you long after the surgery is done.

I have nothing but compliments to offer; my surgery was a great success with no complications to report. My recovery was very smooth. I experienced little to no pain and remained in good health. Summaya was so caring and helpful, and both she and Dr. Evren Tevfik İşçi spoke flawless English, so I was able to speak of and concerns.
