I can honestly say from start to finish I’ve had no issues. Deniz has been excellent she’s always quick to reply and even checked that I arrived and was picked up by my transfer, had a safe flight and on her days off she replies which she is an absolute credit to the team. My surgery went well and I’m really happy with Dr Houtan work so far. He knows his stuff. I’m 8 days post op I had tummy tuck and liposuction. Pain was managed in a good manner . The hospital was fine, could do with English tv as an option as when on your own I found it quite boring. And hard to concentrate on watching it from my phone. They had English speaking nurse and he was a great help. There are English speaking translators there which makes you feel more at ease too. I really can’t thank their full team enough for what they've done for me . I think something to look at could be the hotels afterwards, it could be given a choice if you’d like a budget hotel or all inclusive hotel as I’m a picky eater and found it hard to find nice restaurants to deliver but I’m picky with food and if you have company it wouldn’t be as boring. And maybe what’s app group for everyone to ask questions and get information on things useful to take. The aftercare there was as before surgery. Any questions are answered with a quick response which is always a worry when you live in UK. Hospital is clean and maintained throughout. Thank you all so much you’ve changed my life massively already feel so much more comfortable in my own skin already. I can’t wait to see my finished result.

Excellent from beginning to end. I had upper blepharoplasty, and so far feels and looks great even though it is only a week since I had the procedure (local anaesthetic, dissolvable stitches). No need for general anaesthetic. 10/10 for Gunes and Luna; they are a credit to Ephesus. Thoroughly recommend this clinic. You will feel safe in their hands.

I had a breast reduction and uplift with Dr MAK. The service from initial interest thru to the visit was absolutely great. They were very quick to respond to questions and give great advice. Once we arrived in Antalya we were picked up at the airport and taken to the hospital for initial tests. My husband stayed with me the whole time at the hospital, we were there 2 nights before going to a hotel of our choice. The surgeon was fantastic, he discussed the operation with me, was there when I woke from surgery and I had 3 further checkups with him and his nurse. It was a great value as the care was far superior to anything I could have imagined. I chose this clinic because I had 2 friends who had also used it and it was highly recommended by them.

I had a great first time experience. Staff was very nice and pleasant. I definitely will recommend this place very clean and decorated beautifully too.

I am 57 years old. My eyelids were very droopy and I had difficulty looking up since I could feel the heaviness of extra sagging skin. I did a lot of research and saw the good reviews of Dr. Oreroglu and the fact that he has a fellowship from the united states in facial aesthetics. I sent an email and got an immediate response from the clinic's coordinator Ms. Ayla. She got some information from me and asked for my photos. She called me a day later and discussed the surgery, also mentioning that the surgeon has recommended a lower eyelid surgery as well. I had never thought about it but it made sense as combining surgeries costs much lower than doing them separately. I accepted and we booked a surgery for me for about 5 weeks later. Ms. Ayla was very patient in answering all my questions and arranged hotel and transport herself. I absolutely love the result because it has made me look much younger. Plus the lower eyelid was definitely worth it since my surgeon used a special technique without any cuts and stitches!
