AMAZING! If I could give Move then 5 stars I would. Dr.Görkem Atsal is amazing at his job, alongside his incredible team who are just as talented. I had otoplasty and other treatments for my hair and face and I am so glad I came to this place, the communication and support I received from them all were outstanding. I would highly recommend them! His team are fantastic and I am super happy I got to experience this with such great people. Do not second guess them, book !! Xxx

I would recommend Vanity to anyone in the UK or any other country considering cosmetic surgery. I had gynecomastia surgery and my doctor was Dr. Alper Burak Uslu, my patient experience representative was Umut and my sales representative was Mohi. Mohi was very responsive and proactive, in the weeks before booking a flight and helped arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel. As well as answering all questions I had. Umut then took over and was the point of call for everything, which included, organising appointments, transports, prescriptions, post and pre-operations, and answering all questions. Both Mohi and Umut were available anytime of the day to answer questions. Dr. Alper was very professional and knowledgeable, he is well experienced and I am very happy with the results so far. These should only get better as time goes on. After the surgery, I spent 1 night in the hospital and the nursing staff were on call all night and were very helpful. I stayed at the Mercure Istanbul Altunizade which is a great hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were extremely helpful. The food was delicious and priced reasonably. Overall, I would recommend Vanity to anyone. They really take care of all your needs and do all the planning for you. Once the surgery is completed you are not left on your own, with follow-up appointments over WhatsApp and continued communication with your personal experience representative (who was Umut for me).

Very easy to deal with and nothing seemed too much trouble for the mediator from the clinic

I had my surgery through the Clinic Centre a week ago. I was highly impressed with the way the Clinic Centre operates. From day one through the WhatsApp communication it went well and my co-ordinator Efe was extremely efficient. The taxi drivers were very thoughtful and the hotel was superb. My surgery was 100% satisfactory—100% trustworthy company to go through. Do not expect NHS level of care and empathy. However, they know what they are doing and they deliver. So, my only advice is, to go with someone else to support you mentally and the little things like get proper soup when you are sick of hospital soup.

I broke my nose playing football years ago, and it always bothered me. Breathing wasn’t great, and I hated how it looked in pictures. Cosmedica was highly recommended, and they lived up to the hype. The surgery not only fixed my breathing but also gave me a nose that suits my face better. The swelling took a few months to settle, but now I love the result.

Dr Ozge and team were amazing. A disciplined and sincere approach was the key for my decision. My facelift surgery took around 3 hours and needed to stay in the hospital 2 nights Recovery was smooth and left back to Germany after 6 days with small bruises on the neck and under eyes Best decision since I turned to 50. I recommend him for the people who are looking for a decent surgeon who knows what he is doing in the most possible realistic way.
