He is very patient, and his team is friendly and responsive, always answering my questions promptly via WhatsApp even before I decided to go forward with the surgery. Tear trough filler Dr Prashant was recommended by a friend. I have always suffered with hollow dark under eyes. I’d had treatment previous but it didn’t seem to help or last very long so I booked a consultation at Reforme Medical. At my first appointment I was made to feel very welcome by all the team. Dr Prashant gave a in depth consultation explaining all options and which would be best suited for my problem area. He explained the scientific and cosmetic points which was very helpful. I felt relaxed and at ease and in good hands so proceeded to book treatment. At time of treatment Dr Prashant explained the treatment again to me and the steps of the process. I didn’t feel pain and after treatment I had minimal bruising.
