I did have a small issue. I went in for lip and nasolabial fold filler. I read online that skinvitality pushes treatments on their costumers but I did not have this experience. Exactly what I already knew I wanted is what they recommended and that is all. The women who did my assessment was wonderful. So was my injector. Everybody working was incredibly kind. When the treatment was finished I was absolutely in love with the results, but as the 2 weeks went by and the swelling went down, my nasolabial fold filler didn't seem to take. I started to investigate online and came across some horrible reviews about customer service and became a little worried I wouldnt be able to get a touch up to fix the issue. I want to be clear, my experience with customer service was great! I'm not sure what happened with others to where they didn't have a good experience but that was not the case for me at all. When I went back for a follow up appointment the injector did see that the filler didn't really take but began to massage the area I had filled and it improved the look of it drastically. I was told "sometimes you just have to massage the filler into place to fix the problem" after she messaged my nasolabial fold area, I looked in the mirror and it looked significantly better. She took photos and I was happy with how it looked after the follow up appointment. But by the next day, it went back to how it looked before she massaged the area and again I was extremely unhappy. It looked as if I hadn't had any filler at all. When patient care was reviewing my complaint, the pictures they were sent were the ones taken AFTER my injector had massaged the area, and it did not show the issue I was complaining about. Even so, they still offered me a touch up free of charge. I sent my own before and after pictures in an email to show what it ACTUALLY looked like the day after the area was massaged (which wasn't good) to ensure them that I would not have asked for a free touch up if it continued to look as good as it did after the injector massaged the area. I thanked her and ensured her that I would continue using their service after such amazing costumer service despite the pictures they recieved from the injector looking like there actually had been an improvement.

A warm welcome, followed by fantastic customer service. Made me feel at ease from the commencement of the session and explain to the procedure throughout. Constantly having the opportunity to ask any questions about the procedure. Felt cared for and the after-care information had a feeling of continued customer service.

Wow, what a 1st visit to this beautiful clinic, where you are greeted by the friendly reception team and made to feel welcome, as for Dr Raj he is a gentleman and is very honest and informative regarding treatments. There is no pressure to go ahead with treatments, I only wish I had found this clinic earlier I cannot wait to go back and have treatment (neo gen ). I had a fantastically positive experience with Triggs and James Aesthetics on 30/01/25. Having never had any kind of beauty or aesthetics treatment before, I was a little nervous—but I shouldn’t have been. CJ was absolutely wonderful; he was so kind and patient, explaining the procedure to me every step of the way. He put me at ease straight away. Doctor Demirci was kind and understanding. I also want to mention the translator Emre Can. He was so helpful and reassuring and made me feel relaxed and positive about the procedure. He checked with me that I was happy throughout the process. I think he is an excellent representative of how staff should present themselves within the Esnaf Hospital. I would recommend him to anyone who needs medical treatment or advise His communication skills are first-class. The Esnaf hospital is very clean and a comfortable place to be.

The staff are friendly and the doctor even sent me home since my transplant was finished late. I had 3300 grafts. It didn't cover most of the areas I wanted to be covered s they focused on my hairline but I hope with the medication, my existing hair will grow thicker.

I have radio frequency with Julie’s . She is a professional and lovely person who is very experienced at what she does. I highly recommend this treatment as it makes my face feel firmer and plumper . I also have a very small amount of fillers around the rim of my lips to bring them out . She does this so it’s natural and not in your face . Really pleased with all my treatments

Overall a positive experience, I booked in to have a bump on my arm checked and 6 moles removed by CO2 laser. The clinic was easy to find and the receptionist spoke perfect English, I was seen on time and given my own room where my moles and bumps were examined by an assistant before the doctor saw me. You could see the doctor was very busy/rushed and spent only a few minutes with me where we recommended the CO2 laser rather than surgery for the moles and gave his reasons why. The procedure was fine, the numbing cream worked and only a small amount of discomfort was felt, I felt no pain which was good. To me, it felt like a blunt pencil being pushed on your mole for a few seconds. Post procedure I was given care instructions clearly and dressing and saline solution when one mole started to bleed. The two downsides were that I felt as though the doctor was very rushed due to time constraints on the clinic's end. Although the room I was in had some unattended equipment nearby, it wasn't related to my procedure. However, it sparked a moment of reflection on the clinic's overall hygiene standards. I would recommend this clinic to a friend and would go back for another procedure. One week after the mole removal and they have healed fantastic, I can hardly even tell I have had anything done; in a few more weeks the colour will change back to my normal skin colour and nobody will ever be able to tell.
