Grateful Thankful is what I felt for each of the professionals who made my dream come true. The receptionists gave me full support before and after the surgery. They chose the best hotel. The nurses treated me with love as if I were their family. I felt comfortable and calm even though I was in an unfamiliar country. The doctors, surgeons and anesthesiologists did a great job. They made my breasts beautiful and now my self-esteem has increased. I was blessed with the entire DR.CINIK team. Now my dream has come true. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I had PDO thread lifts done by Sofia a week ago with amazing results. Sofia takes time to listen and makes you feel comfortable asking any questions you need to in order to understand the treatment. Her aftercare is amazing and she is wonderfully talented.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I have had successful results during my previous treatments as Dawn C is very knowledgeable and provided lots of information. I returned on November 23 for my lips..at the end of the appointment I checked my lips and mentioned that the left side was lower and was told it was due to swelling and it will even out. It has not evened out and I made a follow up appointment for December 8. Hope that they can fix this as I am uncomfortable how it looks. Will keep you updated after my follow up. After a very pleasant conversation with a representative she has guaranteed they will fix my lips. I have changed my rating to superb based on the positive experiences and conversation I had today.. looking forward to getting this fixed.

Absolute cosmetics. Wow, I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve always been the type of person to give credit where credit is due. Credit is simply not enough for Absolute Cosmetics! This surgery is something that I had been considering for a number of years, but I was hesitant as the word “surgery” scares me due to past experiences. I had a look around at a few different plastic surgeons both inside and outside of Western Australia, and made some consultations and/or talking through emails, but hadn’t found anyone that I felt comfortable to go with. I therefore put it off for a very long time, before a few people had mentioned Dr Glenn Murray at Absolute Cosmetics. I took a very fortunate chance and within moments of meeting Dr Murray, I knew that I was in safe hands, and that he would be the surgeon I would go with. This was within just minutes! He had an honest and professional approach, talking through my desired results and any risks involved. He was not judgemental, and explained everything in terms that I actually understood (previous surgeons I had no idea what they were talking about). He answered all of my questions and ensured that I was very well informed. He has also shown on many occasions that he knows me as an individual patient, having banter and a joke, whereas other surgeons I felt as though I was just a number. The girls behind the scenes (especially Tassia, India and Vee) have truly gone above and beyond from the moment I booked my initial consultation up until now, Day 5 in recovery. This includes the high level of professionalism and service that I received in all of my consultations, the frequent check-ins prior to surgery (I was very nervous, so this was done to keep me relaxed and reassured), the thorough observations and checks during my admission on surgery day, the incredibly attentive and calming care given to me in my immediate recovery after surgery, the detailed checks and helpful advice and information provided in all of my follow-up appointments, and messaging/phoning me each day following my operation to ensure I was comfortable and had no concerns. I really don’t think I would have got this level of service at any other practice. As for the results, I am incredibly satisfied. I am finally happy and comfortable in my skin after years of being self conscious. Everything done is neat and natural looking, with yet a very noticeable difference. When I show people before photos, they simply cannot believe what has been achieved. My only regret is not going to see Dr Murray all of those years ago and getting it done earlier. Anybody who is considering seeing Dr Murray, please do! I promise that you will not be disappointed with the service you get and the results achieved. Great experience with Dr Tommy Ng, his consultative approach made me feel at ease and most importantly: the procedure was pain and bruise-free (unlike other experiences in the past). Very happy with the results!

Very good service! Mediva Clinic is located at Ploenchit road, next to the skytrain. Parking is available if you drive a car. The traffic wasn't bad on Saturday. I get treatments here for the third time today and always had a good experience. Previously I received wrinkles treatment, fat-dissolving treatment and glass-skin program. Today I came for Ultraformer III for face lifting. Due to my concerns being both my cheeks and my double chin, the doctor recommended 800 shots in total. During the procedure, there was no pain. I highly recommend Mediva Clinic.
