I did have a small issue. I went in for lip and nasolabial fold filler. I read online that skinvitality pushes treatments on their costumers but I did not have this experience. Exactly what I already knew I wanted is what they recommended and that is all. The women who did my assessment was wonderful. So was my injector. Everybody working was incredibly kind. When the treatment was finished I was absolutely in love with the results, but as the 2 weeks went by and the swelling went down, my nasolabial fold filler didn't seem to take. I started to investigate online and came across some horrible reviews about customer service and became a little worried I wouldnt be able to get a touch up to fix the issue. I want to be clear, my experience with customer service was great! I'm not sure what happened with others to where they didn't have a good experience but that was not the case for me at all. When I went back for a follow up appointment the injector did see that the filler didn't really take but began to massage the area I had filled and it improved the look of it drastically. I was told "sometimes you just have to massage the filler into place to fix the problem" after she messaged my nasolabial fold area, I looked in the mirror and it looked significantly better. She took photos and I was happy with how it looked after the follow up appointment. But by the next day, it went back to how it looked before she massaged the area and again I was extremely unhappy. It looked as if I hadn't had any filler at all. When patient care was reviewing my complaint, the pictures they were sent were the ones taken AFTER my injector had massaged the area, and it did not show the issue I was complaining about. Even so, they still offered me a touch up free of charge. I sent my own before and after pictures in an email to show what it ACTUALLY looked like the day after the area was massaged (which wasn't good) to ensure them that I would not have asked for a free touch up if it continued to look as good as it did after the injector massaged the area. I thanked her and ensured her that I would continue using their service after such amazing costumer service despite the pictures they recieved from the injector looking like there actually had been an improvement.

A warm welcome, followed by fantastic customer service. Made me feel at ease from the commencement of the session and explain to the procedure throughout. Constantly having the opportunity to ask any questions about the procedure. Felt cared for and the after-care information had a feeling of continued customer service.

After four wonderful experiences here, treating multiple areas of my upper body, I now suspect I will be returning to see Dr. Hui Forever. I had "bodytite" and truth be told, nothing is perfect, there are still some irregularities on the treated areas, but nothing like irregularities I've suffered at the hands of other doctors using conventional Lipo. Bodytite is, I can attest, a far superior form. I've lost three inches on my bust (yes, we did breast reduction via lipo); and two inches off each of my upper arms. I'm thrilled. Booked a consultation at the clinic regarding the removal of a birthmark. Arrived early but was seen straight away by Chris. The venue looked really clean and modern. Chris explained the whole process from start to finish, what the results may look as well as what precautions to take, to see the best results. The patch test and consultation were free. Booked in for May for the removal of the rest of my birthmark.

Very good service! Mediva Clinic is located at Ploenchit road, next to the skytrain. Parking is available if you drive a car. The traffic wasn't bad on Saturday. I get treatments here for the third time today and always had a good experience. Previously I received wrinkles treatment, fat-dissolving treatment and glass-skin program. Today I came for Ultraformer III for face lifting. Due to my concerns being both my cheeks and my double chin, the doctor recommended 800 shots in total. During the procedure, there was no pain. I highly recommend Mediva Clinic.

The staff are friendly and the doctor even sent me home since my transplant was finished late. I had 3300 grafts. It didn't cover most of the areas I wanted to be covered s they focused on my hairline but I hope with the medication, my existing hair will grow thicker.

Every person at this clinic was extremely professional, friendly, respectful and attentive. They really made me feel welcome and relaxed even though I was late for my appointments on both occasions. I was pleased with the results and I would recommend them to anyone. I also think that everything is very reasonably priced compared to other clinics in Turkey and of course abroad, especially given the level of professionalism and service.

Overall a positive experience, I booked in to have a bump on my arm checked and 6 moles removed by CO2 laser. The clinic was easy to find and the receptionist spoke perfect English, I was seen on time and given my own room where my moles and bumps were examined by an assistant before the doctor saw me. You could see the doctor was very busy/rushed and spent only a few minutes with me where we recommended the CO2 laser rather than surgery for the moles and gave his reasons why. The procedure was fine, the numbing cream worked and only a small amount of discomfort was felt, I felt no pain which was good. To me, it felt like a blunt pencil being pushed on your mole for a few seconds. Post procedure I was given care instructions clearly and dressing and saline solution when one mole started to bleed. The two downsides were that I felt as though the doctor was very rushed due to time constraints on the clinic's end. Although the room I was in had some unattended equipment nearby, it wasn't related to my procedure. However, it sparked a moment of reflection on the clinic's overall hygiene standards. I would recommend this clinic to a friend and would go back for another procedure. One week after the mole removal and they have healed fantastic, I can hardly even tell I have had anything done; in a few more weeks the colour will change back to my normal skin colour and nobody will ever be able to tell.
