I had this treatment to reduce the vertical ‘bar code’ lines above my mouth. Three sessions have more or less gotten rid of the lines completely – and my mouth now looks the same age as the rest of my skin. Which is amazing! But what I wasn’t expecting is for the treatment to massively improve not just those lines above my mouth, but my whole face. My skin is smoother and fresher, and the whole process was completely painless.

On my initial meeting with Sofia I was extremely impressed by her listening skills. I knew that I was in safe hands and the treatment using my own blood plasma to fill my lip lines would be exceptional. Her care during the procedure and follow up attention has been second to none. I would recommend anyone who is contemplating a facial enhancement or rejuvenation to book an appointment with Sofia and enter a beautiful and relaxing clinic.

I did have a small issue. I went in for lip and nasolabial fold filler. I read online that skinvitality pushes treatments on their costumers but I did not have this experience. Exactly what I already knew I wanted is what they recommended and that is all. The women who did my assessment was wonderful. So was my injector. Everybody working was incredibly kind. When the treatment was finished I was absolutely in love with the results, but as the 2 weeks went by and the swelling went down, my nasolabial fold filler didn't seem to take. I started to investigate online and came across some horrible reviews about customer service and became a little worried I wouldnt be able to get a touch up to fix the issue. I want to be clear, my experience with customer service was great! I'm not sure what happened with others to where they didn't have a good experience but that was not the case for me at all. When I went back for a follow up appointment the injector did see that the filler didn't really take but began to massage the area I had filled and it improved the look of it drastically. I was told "sometimes you just have to massage the filler into place to fix the problem" after she messaged my nasolabial fold area, I looked in the mirror and it looked significantly better. She took photos and I was happy with how it looked after the follow up appointment. But by the next day, it went back to how it looked before she massaged the area and again I was extremely unhappy. It looked as if I hadn't had any filler at all. When patient care was reviewing my complaint, the pictures they were sent were the ones taken AFTER my injector had massaged the area, and it did not show the issue I was complaining about. Even so, they still offered me a touch up free of charge. I sent my own before and after pictures in an email to show what it ACTUALLY looked like the day after the area was massaged (which wasn't good) to ensure them that I would not have asked for a free touch up if it continued to look as good as it did after the injector massaged the area. I thanked her and ensured her that I would continue using their service after such amazing costumer service despite the pictures they recieved from the injector looking like there actually had been an improvement.

I've been seeing Dr Benson for many years and trust her implicitly in her skills and advice on what to do but also what not to do. Her work with muscle relaxing injections for the forehead and fillers is always subtle but effective and I don't look like I've had work done but get compliments all the time. Also, HIFU and peels have produced long-term benefits. Highly recommend it as a safe pair of hands.

I’ve had bbl, breast lift, jaw contouring, under-eye filler, wrinkle treatment and butt augmentation with filler after weight loss. Am I forgetting something? Clearly since I keep coming back everything went great and I don’t trust anyone else that much. These procedures have made me the best version of myself and gave me confidence. I feel super safe going into surgery or doing something minimally invasive and I know for sure that my doctor is there making sure everything will go smoothly. Also, he will never lie just to sell you something. He will inform you in full detail what to expect and he will tell you honestly if he thinks you are a good candidate for such procedure or if you even need it. I’m 35 and I already know who is doing my facelift when I’m 50-60

I normally have my IPL and microdermabrasion done by Sara, who is such a sweetheart, very friendly, attentive to my needs and always ready to go beyond my expectations. She is very knowledgeable and always advise what best suits you. I am a very sensitive type of person and make things a bit difficult at times but Sara is always patient and has a beautiful smile to comfort you. She is top-notch and excellent in customer service. This morning, I met the doctor and his team for my first consultation. They are all very kind and professional. I'm looking forward to meeting them for my next appointment which my problem will be addressed professionally.

Overall a positive experience, I booked in to have a bump on my arm checked and 6 moles removed by CO2 laser. The clinic was easy to find and the receptionist spoke perfect English, I was seen on time and given my own room where my moles and bumps were examined by an assistant before the doctor saw me. You could see the doctor was very busy/rushed and spent only a few minutes with me where we recommended the CO2 laser rather than surgery for the moles and gave his reasons why. The procedure was fine, the numbing cream worked and only a small amount of discomfort was felt, I felt no pain which was good. To me, it felt like a blunt pencil being pushed on your mole for a few seconds. Post procedure I was given care instructions clearly and dressing and saline solution when one mole started to bleed. The two downsides were that I felt as though the doctor was very rushed due to time constraints on the clinic's end. Although the room I was in had some unattended equipment nearby, it wasn't related to my procedure. However, it sparked a moment of reflection on the clinic's overall hygiene standards. I would recommend this clinic to a friend and would go back for another procedure. One week after the mole removal and they have healed fantastic, I can hardly even tell I have had anything done; in a few more weeks the colour will change back to my normal skin colour and nobody will ever be able to tell.

I am a visitor to Thailand and I have now been to Dr. Yada 2 times. I came all the way from the USA to use her services. I have twice done the SylfirmX Treatment combined with neurotoxin. I wanted to spend some time writing a review about my experience. First, let me start by saying up front. This is 5 stars quality similar or equal to what I would get in the United States. I have done some treatments out there as well and there are a lot of advantages to coming to Thailand. The experience: When you enter Dr. Yada's Central Office on Maman Mansion Road, you are welcomed by a professional, well-dressed, extremely courteous and sweet staff. They treat you like a special guest. Because I was new, they educated me on what procedures were available by showing me videos, related pricing, and explanations to my questions. Once they learned a bit, they eventually took me in for a consultation with Dr. Yada where I decided to try SylfirmX. I paid for the service which was a very reasonable rate, roughly half of the price in the US if not less. After that time, they photograph you from multiple angles, give you some slippers and take you to apply a numbing agent. You spend about an hour with the numbing agent so that your face is numb enough for the procedure. The entire time, the staff is incredibly sweet and reassuring. I cannot emphasize enough how great the entire team of Dr. Yada's is. They are amazing and Dr. Yada is so nice to everyone. They feel like a welcoming family. Then you go onto the treatment. They seem to be using the very best equipment. Lasers that are FDA approved. Dr Yada knows all the latest issues about anti-aging treatments and comes up with a plan that is suited to you. In my case, it's SylfirmX with microneedling. During the entire procedure which lasts around an hour, her team is assisting Dr. Yada who does the procedure herself. It's a little bit of pain of course, but they are there the entire way to make you feel wonderful. After the treatment, they give you an aftercare program and follow up on "Line" to keep track of you and have you send pictures of your progress. They never bother you but are always helpful! I had no idea what to expect with Dr. Yada but I had followed her line for a few years before I finally went. I feel like this decision to visit Dr. Yada changed my life. People are telling me I look great...I believe Dr. Yada's treatment is the reason. They turned a weakness, my skin, into a strength in just a few visits. Thank you Dr. Yada and your Team! I really like you guys!

I had some skin issues. The doctor and staff were very polite and professional. The doctor is very skilled. I can truly recommend this place. As a long-standing patient of Dr.Siyamek’s I recently decided to remove some sun spots and pigmentation on my cheeks and forehead. I am thirty five years old and this year I have noticed after Summer that the sun damage to my skin has become more noticeable. Dr. Siyamek initially discussed treatment options but recommended Broadband Light skin treatment for my desired results, skin type and tone. After understanding where the problem areas were on my face using specialist photographic images, he started the process. He explained how long it would take and communicated with me about the sensation I might feel. My eyes were protected from the light with appropriate safety goggles. The treatment was fast and efficient. There was a small pause between repeating the process three times. Afterwards my skin felt hot and looked red, like a sunburn. Following this just a few hours later this feeling subsided. Over the duration of the next six days my sun spots have significantly reduced, especially the ones I was trying to eradicate. Dr Siyamek is skilled, trustworthy, calm and understanding. I have always had great results from his work - whether that be mesotherapy, botox, fillers or BBL. He takes time to know you and your thoughts. If you have any requests he always takes them into account and goes above and beyond to fulfill them. Overall I am very satisfied with his outstanding treatment and demeanour. I will continue to seek his guidance for my aesthetic needs.
