During the appointment, it was determined no treatment was necessary because of my particular issue I need to wait until a future date to start treatment. I would say that in 99% of clinics that claim to have English-speaking staff, their English level is far below the standard I've experienced in other countries in Asia, and that appears to be the norm. This difference can severely hamper efforts to communicate effectively and negatively impact the service quality.
I went in there today to receive laser treatment on my legs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was my first time getting this treatment, and they made sure I was relaxed and comfortable during this procedure. The price is reasonable. I would recommend this clinic.
