This was my first IV drip NAD+, and I'm really thankful to have met Dr. Napat Nitayaphan. She's truly beautiful and gentle! She patiently explained and answered all my questions! The process was not uncomfortable at all, on the contrary, I slept soundly! The best part is there was no hard sales and the staff continuously cared about any discomfort I might have while receiving the drip. I visited Dr. Samano for lip fillers. His office secretary was polite and helpful over the phone, and Dr. Samano was pleasant and professional as well. He was very quick--much appreciated since the injections are naturally a bit painful. I was immediately pleased with the results and now, almost two months out, I am still very happy. The placement and amount of filler (one syringe) are perfect. I look forward to visiting again the next time I am able.

I booked in with Jules for fillers and plasma skin tightening, as she came highly recommended through a friend. On arrival, I felt very comfortable as every precaution was taken regarding Covid rules. I was a bit anxious regarding the treatment, but Jules put me at ease, she was very friendly and very professional, the treatment went well, and I was very happy with the results. I attended a free consultation for tattoo removal from fingers of my right hand. I was met at the reception by 3 members of staff all smiling and welcoming! The waiting area as the rest of the clinic is cool and spotlessly clean. I was asked to fill out some basic information forms and asked to wait in a very comfortable waiting area. After all of 2 minutes, I was shown into the consultation room of the practitioner who would later perform the procedure. The lady spoke excellent English (as had the previous staff)and was able to give me all the answers I required. I was given a price per session, informed of how many sessions would be required and then given the option to have the first session immediately, with or without numbing cream. I readily accepted and went for the pain so went without numbing. The initial touch of the laser was like a scratch but that was as bad as it got. It was done in seconds. After I was given a cleansing pack consisting of a cleansing solution, a pair of tweezers, cotton wool balls and 2 different creams and instructions for keeping any wound clear of infection! I booked the next session before leaving. I would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic for their friendly demeanour and their professionalism at all stages!!

I had an initial face-to-face consultation with Dr Potchara to discuss the outcome I was looking to achieve. I was taken into a treatment room and given numbing cream on my face, once this had taken effect, I first had the Fillers, then the Treatment for Wrinkles, Dr Potchara and his assistant were constantly making sure I was comfortable and pain-free. I have had no bruising and no Treatment for Wrinkles‘headaches’ after treatment. I am so pleased with the outcome and price, and would not hesitate to see Dr Potchara again for any further treatment.

I found this doctor on WhatClinic while I was visiting Albania as a tourist. I had always heard that Albanian women are very beautiful, so I became curious and thought I should at least consult with a local surgeon to see what might suit my face. I didn’t plan on doing anything major since my husband and I were only staying for two weeks. Her clinic is in Tirana, right next to the Air Albania Stadium, and the view from there is incredible. The clinic itself completely surprised me. I’m an architect, and honestly, I rarely see medical spaces designed this well. It’s modern, extremely clean, beautifully organised, and the whole atmosphere feels calm and professional. The staff were also very kind and welcoming. When I met the doctor, I immediately felt comfortable. She speaks perfect English, and I later learned she studied and lived in the United States. She’s quite young but clearly very respected while I was there. I met a few of her patients, and they were all speaking very highly of her. During my consultation, she said I was a good candidate for her “Baby Eye” technique. I had never heard of it, and at first I was hesitant because I wasn’t planning to have surgery. She took time to explain everything carefully and showed me many before-and-after results. What convinced me was that it’s a minimally invasive procedure done under local anaesthesia. The procedure took about 30 minutes, and I felt almost nothing. The result honestly surprised me. When I returned home, people kept asking if I had changed something; they said I looked fresher, younger, happier. Now I understand the name “Baby Eye”; it really softens the eyes in a very natural way. She truly has an artistic eye and very gifted hands. I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserved one. If I ever decide to have a facelift in the future, I would absolutely fly back to Albania to have it done by her.
