During the appointment, it was determined no treatment was necessary because of my particular issue I need to wait until a future date to start treatment. The staff were very helpful but compared with clinics in other countries such as Thailand, Japan and Korea there is a particular difficulty that Chinese people have with English. I would say that in 99% of clinics that claim to have English-speaking staff, their English level is far below the standard I've experienced in other countries in Asia, and that appears to be the norm. This difference can severely hamper efforts to communicate effectively and negatively impact the service quality.

I had a seborrheic keratosis on the temple which was treated with a cryo pencil. This fell off naturally after about 10 days and has now left virtually no sign of a lesion at the site. So after about 2 weeks, there is no sign of anything after the initial cryotherapy and healing has been excellent. Obviously, only time will tell whether the keratosis re-appears, however, my opinion is very positive that the treatment was effective. I can recommend Jacqui for her treatment and attention to detail and would have no hesitation in going back for treatment by this method.

Also, his prices are very reasonable compared to others. His operation materials are of top global quality. His surgical skills are incomparable. Additionally, his hospital arrangements are all professional, with full crews who can speak English. This makes a foreigner feel very comfortable undergoing an operation in a foreign country without hassle, especially regarding any potential language problems. My operation went smoothly. Dr. Savoia provided clear instructions for all the medicines. The wound healed within 1 month, though the first week was extremely uncomfortable. After the operation, Dr. Savoia continued follow-up care and responded quickly to my messages until everything was calm again. I highly recommend Dr. Savoia.
