Mesotherapy hair treatment - tried it since there was a promotion. A Filipina nurse Lee was very helpful in explaining the treatment. So far I see some hair turning into my natural colour. Hoping if I continue, the colour returns to black and I don’t need to dye my hair to prevent hair loss. I am not sure though of hair regrowth. I also booked another treatment in hope that my hair will regrow. Have not started treatment yet. I chose this clinic since I got good info from nurse Lee. The clinic is quiet, not too many people, good service.

I have received several different treatments from G Clinic over the past six months, including laser treatment and FCR for severe acne/scarring on my back and arms. My case is very extreme, but it has improved significantly with the help of Dr. Hong and his team. The staff are all kind, professional, and always make me feel comfortable. Dr. Hong communicates in fluent English, explaining each procedure thoroughly and warning me of any discomfort or side effects I may encounter beforehand. I tend to ask a lot of questions, but he's never made me feel rushed or bothersome for seeking more information. Instead, he's always happy to discuss what to expect, as well as my general progress and future goals for my treatment. As far as the procedures themselves, a little pain is inevitable considering the type of treatment and how sensitive skin can be, but any staff that has ever worked on me has been as gentle as possible. It goes by quickly, and I'm often checked on to make sure nothing is too painful. Overall, I've never had a bad experience at G Clinic over months of visits. There is nowhere else I'd rather go to address this embarrassing problem I've dealt with for years. I look forward to continuing to see more positive results.

I attended a free consultation for tattoo removal from fingers of my right hand. I was met at the reception by 3 members of staff all smiling and welcoming! The waiting area as the rest of the clinic is cool and spotlessly clean. I was asked to fill out some basic information forms and asked to wait in a very comfortable waiting area. After all of 2 minutes, I was shown into the consultation room of the practitioner who would later perform the procedure. The lady spoke excellent English (as had the previous staff)and was able to give me all the answers I required. I was given a price per session, informed of how many sessions would be required and then given the option to have the first session immediately, with or without numbing cream. I readily accepted and went for the pain so went without numbing. The initial touch of the laser was like a scratch but that was as bad as it got. It was done in seconds. After I was given a cleansing pack consisting of a cleansing solution, a pair of tweezers, cotton wool balls and 2 different creams and instructions for keeping any wound clear of infection! I booked the next session before leaving. I would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic for their friendly demeanour and their professionalism at all stages!!
